I will be gutted if that's the scenario that plays out. GH is on record as saying he wants to build a billion pound company and he has the assets to achieve that and more.
We all just need to look past the end of our noses and see what is plainly staring us in the face.
This could set me up and generations to come for life - it's a risk but it's getting more derisked every day in my eyes and it's one worth taking.
Remember GH, CB and the other directors have a lot at stake here also so they won't want us sold off on the cheap either.

Just having a look at the Tenements register for Havieron E 45/4701 on the WA mines website earlier.

There was a couple of interesting things on there - the first picture shows the dealings tab and you can see a couple of entries from this year where the principal address was amended from GGP's address to Newcest's
And the second entry from the 19th September where Newcrest have lodged a Caveat against the tenement.

Purpose and types of caveats under the WA Mining Act

The purpose of lodging a caveat over a mining tenement is to prevent registration of a dealing (being a mortgage or transfer) or surrender of that tenement.

Nothing really surprising there - just Newcrest going through the motions of securing their claim on Havieron.

The second picture is a screenshot of the expenditure in the year on Havieron - AUS $7,079,337.00 to the 09/09/2019.

To be fair kieffy GH did say that NCM were upgrading the camp after the last quarterly - it just looks to be quite a large upgrade

There's a lot of what looks like setting out stakes in the ground there - are they going to build something more permanent??

So I'm guessing that all the cores are transported to Telfer at present to be processed but it looks like they will now be setting up "core yard" on site. They must be expecting to be doing a lot more drilling.

I know Chartbuster mentioned the fact he couldn't see a "core yard" in the picture of the camp on the NCM annual report - can anyone tell me what the significance of having a "core yard" on site would be???

Wise words indeed - as a LTH I agree with all your sentiments 100%. If we get any Havieron news then great but I've said before I'm expecting it week ending 15th December (roughly mid term) or else in the quarterly in January. I'd nearly prefer it in January - how many holes could they report on one go?

I think we will get some news on something prior to the AGM - Firetower, maybe Warrentina (they only did 2 shallow DD holes there).

Should be an interesting and lively AGM either way. ATB Paddy

Definitely good news risehall - slight damper - I measured the distance off the previous image. I've looked back at earlier ones and there is another drill pad in that area that was further north so the step out is ONLY 200m and not 300m as I said previously.
Great news as far as I'm concerned - this means they probably have had the assays for the previous North and they were good so now maybe this bigger step out is attempting to find the edge.

They've been drilling the magnetic anomaly up to now but I remember GH in an interview saying they had only touched the edge of the gravity anomaly with previous drilling. If you look at the historic image that shows the gravity anomaly to the north so maybe that's what they are targeting now.

Latest image is available this morning. Nothing new in the SW corner but another BIG step out has appeared in the NE. I measure it about 300m further north than the previous most northerly in that area.

Nothing has been confirmed by either GGP or NCM but a few Aussie posters on here reckon that it's possible to carry on through the heat especially now they seem to have upgraded the camp at Havieron.
The opinions seemed to be there would be a break in the New Year when there is a window where severe storms blow through that area.
Maybe that's a question for GH at the AGM next Tuesday.

Should be a new satellite image available tomorrow also - there wasn't much difference on the last one so might be a bit more activity to see in the morning.

Agreed the SP had been disappointing but once the good news keeps on coming at some point of will surely outweigh the negativity.
