This has further to fall. Half expected a bit of dead cat bounce this morning but none of it! No more news for a while so seems likely it will drift further. I'll keep a watch here as should be a great one for a longer term outlook but short term looking a bit grim!

Bit harsh there CT. In fairness this had a big drop written all over it from that RNS. I'm still not sure this drop is over yet either. I nearly clicked buy for a few late on @sub 140 but i decided to hold on. I've historically been very bullish on TCAP but the TU gave no reason to buy & lots of reasons to hold back. I imagine many were expecting to see some returns from the acquisition after being diluted earlier this year but nothing of substance. The markets are absolutely ruthless atm & are not giving an inch. TCAP has not delivered & has been punished for it. This will come back at some stage i'm confident of that. I'm not too enthused by the current leadership here. Could be due some reshuffles i think. I'll keep an eye on tis for now but i actually thing Fevertree man is pretty spot on with his synopsis here!

DJ, The update was poor. It was obvious there was going to be a fairly heavy drop here today but i think it's now getting into oversold territory. The markets are bizarre though across the board so could have further to go!

CT, this will bounce. I been in & out of this one quite a few times the last few months. Looking at another buy today. Sub 140 has surpassed my expectations today. I'm going to see what the US does to it first. Could be painful!

How long you been doing this investing stuff for Dinvasani? It's never all upwards traffic. Got to ride it out sometimes!

Wow, that's what i call a panic sell & a half. One big hit to take. Should've held really. The shares usually bounce back before too long!

Fordm, thanks for the honest reply. Sorry you're underwater here. I been there on stocks & it's not pleasant, hence my cautious approach on this one. Just doesn't seem to be enough to go on here to justify the risk . All the big players pulling out of it is just a huge red flag to me. I'll avoid for now & keep an eye i think!

Something isn't right here. If things look too good to be true they are too good to be true. Something is being held back here. Tempted to take a punt here but instinct says to wait.

Gotta say a great little share to trade short term. Buy dips, sell spikes. Won't make a stack but this is a fairly solid share for the longer term so minimal risk!

I'd expect this to dip to 140ish. That was the price of the discounted shares during the LN acquisition as i recall. Looking like a bit of a falling knife for sure!

I've been following this one for a few weeks & it looks on paper like a real bargain. I'm curious though. Can anyone explain why almost all the analysts etc are rating this as a buy & targets are almost all 500+ but it's still falling. Whay are all these big investment houses giving this stock a buy rating if they're not buying it themselves??

This whole thing is getting a little boring now so i'll give a final view then i think i'll take a sabbatical from here till the proper trading on 15th. Re: class action stuff: were the same complainers going crazy about morality & everything when the SP was £16+. No, they didn't give a toss so long as they were making cash. As soon as it all went bad & the SP crashed they took the moral high ground. It is hypocrisy through & through & will never go anywhere. But if they want to throw money at it then more the fool them!
I'm more interested where this company is now going in the coming months & years. Post offer the company will have another @35%ish extra shares in circulation & the cost of dilution is £200m odd extra money to cover all the SFO business & restructure the finances.
The company will in time begin winning business in new markets (Gazprom tie up suggests they already are). Lithuania contract agreed. IMO ADNOC will be keen to have PFC back as part of competitive tendering process before long at all. It is beneficial to ADNOC to have another established player around the table hungry for their business.
The current SP is not reflective of the value of this business going forward. The market is blinkered by the whole open offer saga & the sole focus here atm is the ticker price & nothing to do with the business.
I will take my entitlement shares in full & add more on any weaknesses. This is a huge bargain in my eyes.
To all the genuine & long suffering holders who have been through the rollercoaster ride of this year & some beyond i say good luck & hold firm. This will come good in time. For those who haven't yet, take some time to watch the webcast from 26th on PFC's website. It is very encouraging.

This will go nowhere. Caveat emptor. Know the risks. Everyone like the gain but hates the pain. We've all probably done really well on some shares & been well stung on others. It's the name of the game: risk v reward. If you don't like the heat get outta the kitchen. Losing money is painful but nonsense like this is just wasting more cash on lawyers etc. Waste of time!

Must be some on here who were involved in the IAG RI last year. Watching this i can't help recalling back how the TERP there held up really well the first week or so then things went a bit sour. Different set up here of course & that was at the height of Covid but was all so manipulated.

Janbo, there was commentary about this last night. Doesn't look to be a huge issue here by the looks of things.

Well the week is done & looking at how some other shares have been mauled over the last few days i'm fairly happy to be in this one despite being a bit underwater @the moment. Let's face it all the excitement & new names appearing doesn't indicate to me that this SP will be below 150 for very long after the offer stuff has settled & all the shares are out & about on the market! GL

If the SP had rocketed this week imagine the anger though! LOL
