The only point i want to make Jonny is it is all irrelevant in the broader scheme of things. Noone is any better or worse off than anyone else @ the sort of SP we're seeing now. The whole thing is a bit of a pain IMO & i'll just be glad when it's finished & we see a true value here rather than all the manipulated pricing!

Haha, talking of point & even. The break even point is 1.27. If you can buy below that you are better off buying open market shares!

Good point Poker, the whole market has been in a state last couple of months. So many shares have taken a huge clattering!

The shares are always taken up in a fund raise. The company pays companies like Goldman etc a huge fee to underwrite the lot. Of course it looks far better if they're taken up by the intended placees!

5000 shares today @128 will cost you £6400. 4000 shares bought @128 on Tuesday +1000 discount shares would've cost £6270. No great shakes here!

IME scare stories tend to abound on these offers & RI's. Lots of talk of SP tanking when everyone flogs their shares. It happened big time on RR & IAG raises & once it settled down look what happened to them. You're right though Colonel & i won't be surprised to see this dip towards the 120. I'm more inclined to think a range of 125-140 but regardless i see these prices as well cheap from a longer term angle!

It really doesn't matter too much. Unless you got the shares on Tuesday @low 120s you're really not making any great extra gains based on current SP

The dilution here is really quite small compared with most capital raises. Not the most generous offer 1 for 4 really IMO!
