Danny, i've no issue with day/swing/short term trading. A profit is a profit & everyone has their own strategy. I got no problem with people saying price is going to fall (as you know from CF, LOL) but coming on & hollering 60p etc with no validity is just a bit bizarre really!

LeeRex, i seen & been here before on so many shares. missed out on some, grabbed some: NEX; Melrose, TW, TLW, Boo, Hammerson, RBS, Barc. There are so many where the story is not too dissimilar to this nonsense. Pay your money take your chances. Win some, lose some!

The average length of their investigations is 4 years so yes, should be reaching some sort of finale we all hope (except the shorters of course)!

my inference is looking at these timelines we may get an update regarding SFO stuff with our FY results. THe KBR stuff was all to do with the Unaoil saga!

The SFO investigation into KBR began in April 2017 & was closed today due to insufficient evidence to secure any convictions. The SFO investigation into PFC began in May 2017 & well we have results next month. Just saying like!!

it is called vicarious liability in legal language. It is about how much responsibility an employer has for an employees action & is at the heart of the Lufkin/SFO case. Personally i think the case probably should have been resolved long ago with a DPA or something. I feel that it should conclude in the not too distant future but who knows?

I'm very pleased with today's share performance after the last couple days. Doubled up my entire holding & now hold a bucket load of these @110 average. Will fill up 2 ISA accounts & leave the rest in the open. 1st sell target remains @170 minimum as it was before. Well done to those who kept their cool & held/added. Commiserations to the bottom feeders who missed the flight!

At this current time in the light of Monday's RNS the oil price has no impact here whatsoever!
