I was out all afternoon & just got back & read this. This looks like fantastic news as far as i can see. A maximum fine of £177m before any mitigation. Wow. Even based on that figure the SP should go up a fair bit i would think. I would guess it'll end up being a good bit less than that though. This should see a great rise on Monday as uncertainty out of the way. Looks like they're hinting at a capital raise but i'd see that as a positive. I'll happily by more of these with he SFO out of the way. Wonderful news IMO!

JG i sold at 166 then bought back at 159 . £700 profit on the trade!

i've seen this drop 40% in a day or 2 when it looked like it was riding high. You guys have seen it too. No harm in a balanced view!

HH, people need to be cautious that's all. This current SP is a very high ball park for peeps to jump in at with the uncertainty still there. No harm in a balanced view as i see it. Constant ramping just ends in tears!

Caution is needed here. Is anyone on here invested in Amigo? remember what happened there with the sure fire scheme of arrangement which the courts were sure to agree. Didn't quite go as planned!

Might see an adjournment like what happened with Lufkin earlier this year. The courts aren't bothered about share prices!

These rises 175+ etc are fuelled by short manipulation. Peeps need to be cautious here!
