nhawan is quite right a lot of people are heavily invested here & have a right to know whats happening as soon as ukog know anything. keeping us in the dark does not help the share price I recall last time the share price was going crazy with constant new from ukog .

its nearly a month since planning was approved yet nothing appears to be happening what are we waiting for ?

given the recent RNS this must be one of the most undervalued stocks on the market.

seems a bit daft to limit the fence to the same date as the drilling consent or do the have some miraculous way that the site will be cleared & restored on the 8th of August. any logical thinking person would realise that the fence will need to remain till the site is cleared. then its not about Logic is it its about making it as difficult as possible for the oil company's to do their job.

after watching some of the planning meeting anyone would think they had applied for razor wire & mine field. not just a temporary fence to keep out the tree luggers. who seem to be allowed to occupy the green belt without any planning permission whatsoever. when you talk about level playing fields this is anything but.

its not just the Local councils who are holding shale gas back .what About Kirbmisperton ,This is clearly being held up by the Government . The same government that said it supported the need for shale gas. so what going on Have they now got cold feet.

think too much is being read into third energy off hiring some equipment. it makes prudent business sense. given that the government is now dragging its heels & won,t set a date for its decision. what is the point in burning cash with no end date in sight? personally, I think rather than scrutinizing 3rd energy finances the government should be looking at the viability of all these exploration licenses they keep flogging. only to then obstruct them.with beurocratic Bull sht.

what is the government's Liability to these companies who are basically being sold white elephants by the government what is the point in buying licenses to explore for gas only to be refused permission to do so at local government level its just defrauding these companies & their investors & then after spending thousands on all the appeals & planning applications the government is now questioning their finances. I think there is a case for compensation from the government this fiasco they have themselves instigated.

Can someone the point of this exercise We start with the government sells us an exploration license ok next, we have to apply for permission to Why is that not included in the license terms how can you explore without drilling? then when we find oil we have to apply again to it all of which is costing the company & its shareholders �1000s of pounds only to be told no return the site to how it was. what the fck does this make any sense at all Sure if there was some technical issue then it can be fixed But to say abandon the whole project after expending all that money & resources on a technical issue that can be rectified is completely insane The Government needs to do something & fast.

since this latest delay to fracking, consent lies solely with the government screwing up its own legislation. then surely there's a case for compensation for the cost of all the men & equipment that are now waiting around.for the government to get its arse int gear.
