Complicating matters, tubing equipment used to test the well failed, meaning only two flow tests could be carried out before testing had to be concluded due to planning restrictions. So what they are saying is they were unable to complete the test due to planning restrictions. this to me is bloody ridiculous there needs to be a system in place to alow extra time for delays this is what you get when people who set the rules have no idea whats involved am I wrong or an I right ?
