Mpg = npv lol

I was messing around with copilot and asked what the mpg of Monte Muambe might be using all know data and mid case assumptions for deposit size and dilution etc.

Here’s what came out

Even after realistic dilution, a Monte‑Muambe‑scale project could imply:

👉 £0.64–£0.92 per share

vs. a current price around 3–4p.

That’s still 20×–30× upside in the mid‑case scenario.

And this is fluorspar + gallium only — rare earths aren’t even included yet

It’s only a bit of fun. Will have to wait a bit to see how close it was.

Having a look at the application process and it seems that the pre-application phase is the lengthy part, upto 8 weeks. Once the application is submitted, listing can happen as quickly as 3 weeks.

The RNS stated the application had been submitted so again we are in the window for listing from next week.

Well I went for news today and like most things got that one wrong.

More or less 2 full trading weeks left now in March.

So for me news next week on assay results. The following week we get the blow your socks of MRE coinciding with confirmation of start of trading on OTCQB market.

Probably wrong but it can be fun speculating in the absence of news.

Maybe start to get a bit of FOMOF today.

It doesn’t fit with the timelines we know though Rick.

Approx 10 days from 10% of assays back to stating they have 50% of assays back. It’s already now 14 days since the 50 % statement. So unless the second half of the assays are taking a lot longer to test we have to be right in the window for news.

Well, my punt at news tomorrow is still in play.

The tension mounts.

Yes, same pattern. Inching back up now, as people realise news is imminent. Can’t really be out of this now if you believe results will be good.

We are now 12 days on from statement saying they had 50% of assay results back. It was approx 10 days from 10% assay rns to statement about having 50% of results back.

We are right in the zone for full assay results. Personally going for 13th for rns to drop (for a bit of fun)

Couple of huge sells from this morning just printed. Got to be warrants. Another 6 million gone if it is.

True value will only begin to be realised once a FID is made and capex funding sorted for the Fluorspar and Gallium mining development.

This will be quick by normal standards though as we are looking at production in 2027.

That will then be the catalyst for all the other projects to kick in as we will have an income to use for funding which is the holy grail.

I reckon we will breach 4p on good assay results. 4.5-5p on MRE.

There could be a few unexpected announcements. I think we are talking to us agencies about the gallium and if results are good I can see some help with development costs there.

I think we will hear about next steps at sesana before q2.

Yep my bad. I was rewatching the wrong interview. The TMS interview instead of the stock box interview. It’s right at the end of the stock box interview where he says they have about half the assay results back.

So 10% assay news on the 16th Feb. Stock box interview where he says they have half the results back on the 27th Feb. So approx 11 days for a further 40% of assays. So add 11days onto 27th Feb which is 10th March and takes us to 90%. Add a couple days for the final 10% batch which takes us to 12th March and a day to compose and write the Rns. So I’m going for the exact day being Friday 13th (spooky). However building in a bit of error either way I’m going with a window of tomorrow until next Tuesday.

All guesswork of course.

In the interview when I saw it originally Cedric clearly remarked that they had received about half the assays back.

When I watched the interview it was about 11 days after the release of 10% assay news. So I’m just speculating that it will be 11-14 days for the remaining assay results, which for me puts the window around 10th -14th match.

I’m guessing telling us they have 50% of the assays was maybe a little too sensitive.

By my reckoning we are right in the frame for the assay news. From tomorrow until next Tuesday is my guess, and that’s working on timelines when 10% news was released and his statement in an interview about having half the results back. I also think that statement has been removed from the interview because I can’t find it now.

Monte Muambe is an inactive volcano located east of Moatize in the Tete Province of Mozambique.[1] The volcano is 780 meters high, has a 6 km external diameter with a caldera some 200m deep. Gallium demand and price will rise sharply.

As an example the Patriot missile that the USA are using now and supplying to Israel and the gulf states all require Gallium Nitride to manufacture them.

With defence budgets skyrocketing and and Gallium taking over from traditional silcon this is going to be a critical mineral very much sought after.

China has an almost monopoly on Gallium supply which the Yanks will not tolerate and that is why I can see them taking a very keen interest in Monte Muambe.

Fully expect assays next week. I’m thinking later half of the week but it could be anytime. So reckon we will get a bit of FOMOF tomorrow.
