Is anybody surprised that in the nearly two weeks since the funding rns we haven’t had any notifications I.e warrant exercises, change in holdings.

The trading volumes in the days after the rns were very high and still are and everybody saying jennjngs was upset and offloading.

Well there has been no confirmation of any of that, but these regular massive sells that we’ve seen since the rns would have you think otherwise.

I can’t believe that the only selling we’ve seen has been from PI,s.

All very strange given the fundamentals here. Manipulated?

I am very positive on the gallium. With the value of what we have found it may almost be a case that the fluorspar is a by product of gallium mining, not the other way round. Metallurgy work will find a way to extract the gallium. The key is can it be done economically. We shall hopefully soonish find out.

It falls down the rankings mainly due to the Cabo Delgado insurgency in the far north of the country. This is a regional security risk not nationwide. Tete province where Monte Muambe is situated is far from this region.

Well we haven’t had any change in holdings or warrant exercises notifications. Heavy selling started on the back of the growth facility rns on the 6th so would have expected notifications by now. So maybe it wasn’t Jennings as everyone was suggesting. We also had the rns saying the company knew of no reason for the sp fall. If it was warrant exercising they couldn’t have said that as they would have known the sp fall was in part due to warrant exercising.

So we have to deduce that the sp fall was simply due to negative sentiment and misunderstanding around the growth facility funding announcement. Obviously there were some large shareholders dumping given the size and frequency of large trades but not big enough to warrant notification.

To put into perspective how overdone the fall was and how everybody lost their heads over this funding which I fully agree was very badly communicated and handled just have to look at Premier African Minerals funding announcement today.

A £1mill placing for a firm worth £6.79 million. The sp has fallen roughly by the amount of dilution, approx 5%.

Our funding announcement was a maximum of 48 million shares added to the share capital to raise upto £2mill. If fully used this would be a dilution of approx 10% over 12 months. As a result we tanked nearly 40% from our high on the back of a very positive MRE.

No question that this was a massive footshoot. But reasonable value will return here although it might take the next tranche of good news to jumpstart it.

Also still intrigued to hear any theories around this 2x 4 million shares added sells which appeared after close on the day of the funding announcement only to be cancelled the day after. Very very suspicious.

Let’s see who’s got the bigger market cap at the end of the year.

That’s because these companies are revenue generating already.

Cedric’s news strategy will have changed now.

We know that funds need to be raised. A modest £500k in the next 3 months but we also now know that this can’t happen if so below 4p.

So, whereas I believe we would have received metallurgy news for example at the end of testing with results I believe news flow now will heavier and give us updates at milestones during the metallurgy work. So whereas we might have had to wait until end of q2 for news on the various work stream lab testing I think we will get updates during the testing if positive of course.

They are not determining anything. He’s simply told us there is a floor below which Zues won’t sell any shares. Market forces will determine if the sp rises above or falls below 4p and for how long.

just watched the stockbox interview again. they’ve definitely had a fallout with jennings. perhaps he didn’t like the option they chose for fundraising or was ****ed they didn’t come to him offering him loads more discounted warrants.
