With all of this background noise it’s easy to lose the big picture.
As I’ve said before this has always been a binary trade, either we find oil or we don’t and I’ve been a shareholder since 2008 as a follower of the great Mr Burns, if he says there’s oil then I believe there’s oil... end of.

Yes there’s the small risk of an injunction...but really at this late stage? The timing seems very odd to me and sounds like sour grapes from someone in the background with a grudge.

I was going to say Good morning but I see this board is now descending into total chaos with Harry obviously losing the plot. Get a grip please Mr Harry, with apologies I now have to use the filter for the first time as I I don’t have the inclination or time to read through this nonsense.
One can only assume that Harry has over extended himself. As an ex Derivatives broker I have seen many clients come and go and the biggest killer was always over leverage, the stress caused by this cannot be quantified, it destroys lives.
Go back to the original reason for Buying BPC...has anything changed ? If so then make a decision..
Either Sell and take the stress away or reduce your holding to a level where you can take a complete write down. Plan for the worst and hope for the best..

We also now have CERP ( good or bad ) and without knowing the full facts there could well be future value to offset any bad news re the Bahamas drill. Only time will tell so maybe we all have to step back and evaluate why we are holding BPC.
For me it was always the drill and this will not change so I will be holding as I always have and will see it through to the end, whatever that may be. In fact I added on Friday and without wishing to disclose amounts it is certainly quite substantial for me.
I just do not see how any injunction will be accepted at this late stage, should have been applied for months ago.
Clearly there are many things going on in the background which we are not party to, it wouldn’t surprise me if a Major or other party with a vested motivation to see BPC fail is backing this group financially.
Only time will tell but I remain quietly confident but please people only invest what you can afford to lose.

Ok, first post for me but I’ve been a LTH since 2008/2009 and have always popped in to read comments from time to time. Never felt the need to post until now. I’ve seen many posters come and go and remember the entertaining Jmaan, Ralph, Sid, etc and always happy to read the dry humour of Lallee. Without wishing to sound like an alcoholic I’ve probably bumped into Lallee in the Grenadier and also used to frequent the Antelope, Guinea Grill, Punchbowl, Clarence, and various other establishments of similar standing..
The rampers and derampers come and go but i always find comfort in the constants, and for that I am supportive of IK and always find his comments constructive. Indeed, other regulars such as Starchild, the reincarnated Bonum, Only..greens, and other names which I should probably include but cannot remember right now. So thank you to those constants and keep up the good work. My holding remains intact since inception and my original reason for investment was the great Alan Burns, his passing was a sad day for me...
So, like all of the other genuine holders i am expecting a successful result after 12 years of ups and downs and i for one will be drinking accordingly as a toast to our collective success.. talking of which it’s nearly beer o clock so time to go.
