Thanks Taverham. I started much higher a long time ago. The only reason I had such a large position is because of all the average downs I had to do, hence not looking a gift horse in the mouth. All the best for your position (be mindful of what the Jan update might hold, a lot of work to be done imo).

Left a small amount in for potential dividends but think they may be a year or two away. Just under a bag for me after a lot of ups and downs so I'm not going to let someone else cash out my ticket after all this time. Holding on a 200% rise is risky despite future movements. This is a good win now regardless. Will be keeping tabs for positive updates.

The dividends were fantastic with many early worms getting their outlay back. The caveat here is that if FXPO survive the negotiations will the Ukraine government tax the hell out of profits like we do to our oil and gas companies with the windfall tax. If the UK can get away with that here, despite the windfall no longer existing, god knows what they will get up to over there. Zhevago is a billionaire and could easily pay off what they are demanding with pocket change. I'm not sure why he doesn't just to save him all the hassle. The other 3 pelitizers need to get up and running for a sustained move.

Noticed someone was quoting that over on the ADVFN site which is a lot more noisy than here. This has already surpassed my expectations and in quick stead. My concern is what the Jan update does to the SP. There's a lot of work to do and they'll need their 600 odd staff back before they can get things rolling. They only have one pelitizer running at full capacity, assuming it still is. Market doesn't seem concerned tho. Barely stopped for a breather. Consolidated around 103p for a few hours then broke out again.

Does anyone interact directly with the company? Just wondering if they are shareholder friendly.

It's normally only like this for a couple of hours in the morning but they've decided to make a day of it today. Less than 10% of yesterday's trades so far today as well.

Need to tighten the spread to create a market. Not sure what their doing here but they really don't seem overly keen to sell the stock.

Good spot. I was looking at the major shareholders yesterday as it happens. There was a fair bit of selling on the way to 11p last week and I was wondering where they might all be going. 50% of the stock is held by major notifying shareholders. I think this is just going to explode one day soon. Drawbacks are not uncommon before news to get hold of stock. I'm not saying that is what's happening here (be nice if it was), but it is interesting. Some good volume will get this back on the radar. Whichever way you look at this it's undervalued and has been overly run down. The fact that the major holders are not selling is a testament to that, and if they are now increasing in the background then all the better.

Doubt we'll see 50p unless things get really stretched out or it transpires it's not going to be easy to reach a settlement. The last production update was a little unsettling with production in decline and profits being hit hard by lower iron ore prices and rising costs. It won't help that the energy infrastructure was hit hard a couple of weeks ago. Sh!11y move by Putin given he's saying he wants the war to end. The only reason this dropped from around this level to the 40's is because the Ukrainian government decided to go after FXPO for c120m the major shareholder owes which has nothing to do with FXPO. Even FXPO said they didn't trust the government regarding this. The production reports up to the end of September have been RNS'd which should give some idea for the rest of the year. I doubt the next update in January will look strong and costs will spiral through winter like they did last year but if the ports are fully opened and the vessels are available then FXPO can start to build cash again just in time. Think they went from 125m USD down to 100m USD in the last update. Hopefully they've at least been able to maintain that in the current climate. SP up around 120% in a month which is a material move based on the financials.

Interesting how the share price repeated a blue rally yesterday into close, like it did last Friday, albeit losing a penny during the week. Almost as if an update is being anticipated. That said it was algo's driving it. Have a good weekend all.

Price action today is weird after Fridays blue rally into close and a confident 12p finish. But that's how this stock goes. Would certainly add at that level as well.

If you look at the spread and the prices of the trades rather than the colours then you can normally work it out that way. Every single morning the spread on this stock is wider than labors bu225hit

Tons of auto trades yesterday and a lot again today. Make of that what you will but the pattern is getting obvious now. Reduction in costs for next year plus the Kraken $60 net capex saving vs a £210m market cap. If I wasn't already overweight I'd be stacking up at 11.3p. almost a penny down off yesterday's high ffs!
