Wow there are some guys with deep pockets in this company - would like to have lunch with Jens Montanana. Also Richard Koch (big shareholder) has just stumped up nearly £1m. Between them they're taking 29m of the 50m new shares and Jens isn't done there, giving us a £0.5m loan too.
Thinking about it more, I think they could well go private, that statement 'will continue to assess, on a periodic basis, whether an AIM listing remains appropriate.' does sound promising. I reckon voluntary de-listing should mean a reasonable tendering for our shares - I'm averaging 16p.
Do you find it promising or ominous?
