RNS reporting Corporate Computer Services along with Platinum Consulting Group hold 51% of the company and want 2 Directors appointed. Whoa - big things afoot!

A football match, you go 2-0 up but later let 2 goals in and it's a draw. The first leading team and supporters are gutted; the opposition elated. If the scoring had happened the other way round the teams emotions would have bbeen swapped. And so to our sp today. We didn't really go up 70% but somewhere nearer 58% really and then we fell back to 13.51%. If we'd started going down today and finished 13.51% Up we'd be elated. But anyway the facts of our receivables massively improving are known to us but not to everyone. This share is on the rebound and I have so much more confidence in it than I did yesterday and more again than I did early in the year before results in May. Smudge - great work from you getting that info. and definitely looking forward to the next few weeks.

Disco - not traded on ISDX. Also thanks for confirming what I found, that the advertised Ask was always way higher than the real Ask. Camkite - well done, so you took a nice profit in 2 days. Your sell price at 7p when the spread was 7.25p - 7.75p also emphasises my point. But anyway, good trade - think the highest Sell was @ 7.15p but very few over 6.5p as I said earlier. However, not too many people got stung either buying in on a spike that was a little illusory.

Agreed a bit of a shame. However, in reality it was never trading today @ 7.88p although it said that was the mid-point at one time. Secondly, you know and I know that this company has made some serious inroads into it's 'receivables' and that's brilliant. when we hear it in an RNS people will really believe it.

Your figures are baffling, but you obviously like doing maths so keep it up! What I am saying is it looks like now people have missed selling out at the highest levels today - wrong. There have been very few sells over 6.25p and very, very few over 6.5p - even though the advertised Bid was 7.75p at one stage. New slant to the mm games today - but I guarantee they've very little stock.

See what I mean, a couple of Sells way below the spread, presumably PI's thinking better take that price as it's quickly sliding down. It isn't, the real spread is about .....yes, what it is now advertised at 6p - 6.25p Now it's real, let's see where it goes. Anyway, I trust my source today and this company's finances just got a whole lot better.

Think it is a bit of a tree shake. The actual spread has been more than the advertised spread strangely for quite a bit of the day with difficulty dummy selling within the spread. However, reckon the mm's are well short of stock as they can never have predicted today. The rise is genuine though not P & D because the company has stated 'receivables' are coming in nicely continuing the trend mentioned in the May reults RNS.

We've got plenty of cash for the next couple of years 'cause we've just got a $50m Bond to allow us to really start putting a lot of ideas into production. On top of this, we've now got the receivables finally coming in with the old debts of over 200 days reducing dramatically.

You have been around here a long time. Now is the time to be gleeful that Rashida is finally bringing in the money. On the 28th May the RNS stated "The Company has recovered INR 945 mn in receivables from September 2014 till May 2015" - looks like we've even bettered that in the last six months especially the really old debts. These amounts dwarf our Market Cap which stood at £2.6m this morning. INR1000mn = £10m - brilliant! This company looks like it might not be going to the dogs.

Think you're behaving excellently myself and good on yer! The $50m Bond and Liquidity Event is a minefield discussed in the 9th Dec 2014 RNS. It doesn't demand a Nasdaq listing but it does demand a Liquidity Event or best endeavours to conduct one. If anyone could summarise and simplify the Bond conditions again(Tilton?) it would be most welcome.

Qualifying for Nasdaq - glad we agree on Routes 2 & 3 make no sense for us. What about Route 1 "The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no one year in the prior three years can have a net loss." Last year to 31 March 2015, we made a Post-Tax Loss of INR202m that's £2m - so looks like Route 1 is out too, with regards 'no one year in the prior three years can have a net loss' !!

The requirements you list for Nasdaq entry are....incredible. Can't see us hitting those targets, so, if your rules are correct, it is a mere pipedream. Our current market cap is not $550m or $850m but currently languishes at £2.6m which equals $3.95m.

to write my little piece, I see things are moving on - Up 35% now. Also, thanks smudge for further thoughts!

Good news you're relaying about the 'receivables', thanks. See the AGM went without a hitch and having found the resolutions in the Annual Report, there was nothing there significant to my eyes. We could do with some news of contracts because otherwise don't think we're going to hear about much until the Half-Year Results are released in November. Unless we aren't winning any contracts, it seems to me that the company has stopped blowing it's own trumpet on every little TV repeat series etc. and not making as many announcements as it used to. Finance the key and with the $50m bond in place we'd better get things straight for this 'liquidity event' to take place. Smudge - would be very pleased to hear your further thoughts. I'm down to break even @ 9p now and am hopeful of turning this long-term loser into a winner.

Yep, nice to read of $0.7m contract - however, surely fairly small cheese, but I suppose these contracts can lead to repeat orders and also rub off on to other customers. More of the same please.

Aha, there you are. Was it your terrible selling last week that caused our downfall? Glad to see you still have some skin in. It's never been a share to hurry but maybe within six months to a year, we may see a good set of accounts, possibly more divs, or better still a family buyout at a nice premium.GL - we'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when.........

After that major hiccup of a week ago, looks like we're starting to get back on a decent trend again.
