We don't seem to be able to breakthrough despite numerous attempts. Surely the 2 Martins are pretty savvy in their buying. Concert party going to be virtually at 50% in a few months. Where's the downside? Can't see much of one myself

That's still going up $1264 an oz. Looks like a little drifting this month until financing confirmed. This share, as ever, always has the sudden takeover to bear in mind - anyone thinking of trading for a penny or two, beware.

Good point about these investors buying a fair few and then the sp being high enough to do a decent placing. That would have been nice. No doubt it will be shrouded in mystery who is taking the loan notes - sounds as if it will be several parties. Market should like when completed as it will allow definite progress.

If investors simply bought shares the company would not raise any finance; they would bid up the price by bidding for shares that are scarce but the shares they got would simply be changing hands. The company needs cash. They could issue new shares but these couldn't simply be issued at 30p as they wouldn't get many takers and the company thinks issuing them around 20p would be very dilutive and undervalue the company. If, in a year's time, the loaners wish, they can convert to shares @ 30p. They won't do this unless we are very near or above 30p. We will pay around $1.5m interest which is a necessary evil. Seems like a good way to raise capital though IMO. Hopefully all sail through by April 28 and winter in the Krygyz will have abated and we can get this show moving again.

Yeah, I was wondering why now - something to build up interest now but we didn't want the sp spiking in March. As with several minnows, we'll have to get down to business anyway while we hope for a takeover. We have a plan. Finance presumably almost in the bag.

Looks like they managed to get about 800k today without anyone too bothered. Reckon they will hit their target. From 27th Sept : "If all such Ordinary Shares were acquired within such period by way of the acquisition of existing Ordinary Shares, the Concert Party would hold 158,469,748 Ordinary Shares representing 45.0%% of the Enlarged Share Capital and, if all Labro Warrants were exercised (but no other warrants or options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares were exercised and no other Ordinary Shares were issued), the Concert Party would hold 179,837,269 Ordinary Shares representing 48.2% of the resulting enlarged share capital."
