You are a mine of ....questions.
From the RNS's you can see how many more Mr.A and his associates are allowed to buy. The whole thing about this 'allowed to buy' was ostensibly because he couldn't get as many as he wanted in the last placing in September, so it was agreed to allow buying up to a possible 45% within 6 months. The concert party would only reach 48.2% if they exercised all their warrants as well (at 15p and now 'in the money' - but of course these warrants do at least give Chaarat cash which his current purchases on the open market don't).
The RNS on Nov '16 at 9:15 am is enlightening. This is not the usual director Holdings but a TR-1 involving Mr.A and his concert party. Here you can see they went over 39% fully diluted (with warrants exercised). They are therefore very close to 40% but still can buy as of the last RNS this morning 5.8m shares. There will be another TR-1 RNS soon when they go over 40% with their warrants.
Just checked all this out in the RNS's and particularly important is the 27 Sept RNS which states the 45% and 48.2% maximums (somehow I think we've all been getting it wrong on this board lately and those are the true possible, allowable maximums before triggering mandatory offer for the company :
"As the Placing was oversubscribed and Placing applications by members of the Concert Party were scaled back, it has been agreed as part of the Placing that members of the Concert Party may acquire up to a further 21,611,714 Ordinary Shares (excluding Ordinary Shares issued on exercise of Labro Warrants) within a period of six months following Admission without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles (see "Further information relating to the Placing" below). If all such Ordinary Shares were acquired within such period by way of the acquisition of existing Ordinary Shares, the Concert Party would hold 158,469,748 Ordinary Shares representing 45.0%% of the Enlarged Share Capital and, if all Labro Warrants were exercised (but no other warrants or options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares were exercised and no other Ordinary Shares were issued), the Concert Party would hold 179,837,269 Ordinary Shares representing 48.2% of the resulting enlarged share capital."
