Not that bad surely, they are definitely going to complete their maximum purchasing having been held up by some, albeit predictable, closed periods. At least someone's going to be buying. On the other hand why don't they just buy Mr Dolenec's shares. Must have fallen out with him. If he's not part of the Concert Party presumably his total should be removed from theirs but it's not affecting the original 3.527m shares up for offer to the Concert Party. Weird

They are determined to get their remaining possible allocation and have given themselves another 3 months ! Bit of tricky figures have resulted in only 783,622 still up for grabs and they need 3 months to buy those ! 3.5m options awarded to 3 people, 0.5m to Bob Benbow amd 3m to 2 anonymous 'team members' - that doesn't seem right to hide the bulk, will query. Option price of 16.328p doesn't seem too bad

Just spoke to the Nomad rather than get on the wrong side of Linda. Apparently she's always had both roles, Finance Director and Company Secretary and nothing has changed and she's remaining on the Board. Why she changed her title on today's RNS, I'm not sure. John at Numis, also in passing, commented that Bob Benbow was very much a development man and was more the right person, rather than Dekel, to take this forward into production.

Surely an extension would be completely taking the mick. Might as well declare they can do what they like willy nilly. 2 days is enough time to get 1.5m if they push it, think there must have been nearly a million dumped in excess of Buys in the last 2 weeks. Think Dekel and maybe Linda are gradually being shown the door and Bob Benbow only joined on Feb 13th as COO, moving on up. Surely Dekel's position is a demotion and Linda has gone from Finance Director (on the Board) to Company Secretary. Though that position is prestigious is she now not on the Board? Maybe I'll congratulate her(!) and ask.

Looks to me like they're easing out Dekel gently - CEO to Deputy Chairman. Also I notice, though not reported, Linda's gone from Finance Director to Company Secretary. Good move to promote Benbow from COO to CEO, now he doesn't have to get every idea passed through slow-coach Dekel. Elsewhere, 2 more days in the window for Concert Party to purchase more shares

So Dekel and Linda are still wanted by the Concert Party - no change. 2 days left for any late buying spree- it wouldn't surprise me

Don't know anyone who went but I'm surprised no RNS reporting the meeting. Surely now at 7 am tomorrow. Probably 'All motions passed, blah, blah, blah' but you never know

Next Tuesday is the last day the Concert Party can buy (another 1.5m left) before they stop or go for a complete takeover. Be surprised if they don't have a late spree to get at least very close to their maximum. Then what? Also pre.AGM - don't normally issue a progress report but we might get another update, doubt it. (June 1st last)

AGM : The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 am on 6 July 2017 at the offices of BDO, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU. Wouldn't have noticed had you not noted some meeting. My info is from the Preliminaries in June 1st RNS. 5 items on agenda: receive accounts;appoint auditor; pay for auditors; Re-elect Dekel; Re-elect Linda. I presume all 5 will be whipped through....unless someone wants Dekel's or Linda's head(s) RNS therefore Thursday around 12 noon.

Markman ruling - the Interims stated : 'DataTern's Markman Hearing in MicroStrategy Case scheduled for September 26 in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.' Result NOT Rns'd as you say. I keep trying to drum up support on Twitter and post their buying every time it occurs. Strange how this share has attracted so little interest with pi's. It's been a slow steady climb up through the teens to 20p but very few punters came on board. If one doesn't need the money, I reckon it's best to wait to see what happens in the next 12 - 18 months. Will we take it to limited production? Will we take it to full production? Will we go private or be taken over?

The share dealing is looking a bit tired. Directors seem to be content to take all of the next 3 weeks if they're going for maximum. Not many shares around imo
