Apparently, Artem says, we're still not engaged with the Centerra Mgmt at all on the possible deal for Kumtor. Perhaps their discussions with the Krygyz govt and the continuous movement back of the longstop date, now Nov 2nd, are the key to whether the deal has any legs or not.

Bob Benbow got back to me on Aug 29 on what would happen if we don't re-list before 6 months are up :

"We are aware of the de-listing rule and have no intention of letting that happen. We will have an update to the market prior to this becoming an issue."

Still see this may be a problem though. The last RNS on the new acquisition said : "The proposed Acquisition is categorised as a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules and will be subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting, which is due to take place in early November 2018 ("Shareholder Approval"), following the publication of an AIM Admission Document.

It is currently anticipated that the AIM Admission Document will be posted to shareholders in mid-October 2018."

On October 24th we will have been suspended for 6 months.

Just thought I'd say that acquisition of proven resource is better than I'd hoped for and the Audio broadcast from JM showed the fantastic knowledge, expertise, experience and relevant credentials he has for the area. Feel more relaxed that my impetuous Buys of around 5.5p will come good again in the coming months and years - great team, great prospects

Excellent confirmation of increase in Resources promised late July.

Although, agreed, it does give the shares a value of 3.33p each in the details of the 'bonuses', I believe these shares are issued to the Directors at zero cost to themselves. Could be wrong but that's the way it all reads to me.

No, I haven't averaged down for a couple of years, but I would be very pleased for the company to become successful. It hasn't happened yet and today's 'bonuses' should be mirrored by the wage cuts they deserved when they were overseeing a massive share price decimation - but that never happened. Slimy Vassilios doesn't deserve a bonus.

I think it was always likely that Linda's move sideways to Company Secretary was a temporary one to ease her out and to aid in Finance handover.

Anyway, she's been a good servant to Chaarat and has often communicated timely with myself, so wish her well. The all-male entourage seems a bit more daunting now but no doubt a ruthless team is needed to deal out there with Russians, Chinese, Krygyz govt, and the locals.

This really is beginning to drag on without any public news of any negotiations. I think we'll get news soon and possibly in the form of how relations between Centerra and the govt are going.
