Had a closer look at all those Automatic trades yesterday, both just after rns and later towards close. Think the first tranche was actually mostly Buys pushing up the Ask to over 30p. There do seem to be two forces at work though but our Concert guys aren’t mugs and they ain’t going to push up the so willy nilly

I pity the poor directors trying to buy 5m shares - tricky job

In comparison to the ney pay of 10.5m today, TE-7, our masterpiece, had 28m net pay

It's all boding really well. Brilliant move to allow a bit more buying of up to 5m 'cause this has got us going when all Aim is in the doldrums.

Don't resent Linda getting some good options nor, generously, Dekel. Whether they are all going to be valid now they've left is uncertain to me but not worth bothering about. Get that $40m from the Armenian banks and we're in business, otherwise????

Plenty of upside and good news probable throughout 2019 too with : another purchase; resource and reserve statements; continuing drill campaign extending resources; Tulukubash funding and then really going into gear for 2020 first pour.

If these all happen, we'll have a very Happy New Year !

Notice, although liquidity picking up here, no real major trades and next to nothing on NEX exchange. Therefore, directors haven't bought yet. Going back to early Fasanara days and after, Martin A. and co are no mugs and they usually like the sp to slide back a bit before purchasing. They always have the ability to extend their Jan 15th deadline for purchases if they're not ready yet. However, isn't that the deadline date set by Artem to complete Kapan? Once completed, we should re-rate higher imo

That sort of thing dies happen it's true but our guys haven't got much room for manoeuvre as they'll have to 'Director Holdings' RNS for every change of holding at the end of any day of their trading. So, don't think they've traded a bean since that RNS yet(they're very honest and beyond reproach - lol)

Didn't realise yesterday that that waiver was for another 5m shares for Concert Trio to Buy. That could give yesterday's sp surge more legs today 'cause their Buying hasn't kicked in yet imo

This is certainly a great Concert and I'm looking forward to listening to how they play.

As expected the news reception is lukewarm so far as we haven't completed Kapan yet.

Get that done with definite finance and we're more a force to be reckoned with. Maybe a slow re-rate in the next 6 months up to at least 32p which was always an old target of mine. We haven't got a large pi following by any means but if public awareness builds and broker notes get issued, we could get momentum

Think this is irrelevant and as far as I remember we jumped up the 2p or so to 24p just moments before April suspension.

Expect re-rate higher, considerably higher, within months

Interesting questions : looks like the financing pretty well complete next week for the $40m, $20m done other $20m coming with DD already done by main lender;

Dusty fully committed - looks like he sees it as the icing on his career; very, very confident on Tulkubash to grow resource nad change resources to reserves at Kapan and extend resource there too;

Lichkvaz extension : this may not happen but plenty of time;

The M&A guy Dimitry seems to be implying definitely more in 2019 and we've really only just started.

Artem : $80m raised, Tulkubash resource grown by about 50% after this year's drilling; no cash bonuses for senior staff for 3 years

Chris Eger: Finance and Ebitda statements

Bob Benbow : Kapan, can extend current lifespan by 6 yearswith current resources fairly easily marked to reserves.

Dusty : Significant emerging Gold DISTRICT; updated resource statement within weeks;minimum expect to double resources before production starts; updated reserves statement and financial statement around end of Feb

All looking very good to me to build our company in the next year or two. Will be good to actually complete the Kapan deal, still to me a little uncertainty, not with shareholder approval but with finance.

Think it's great that we are re-listing, was just thinking before rns, can't be long before they chuck us off for being naughty boys.

dial in for news at 12 noon today - good board changes, Martin A. loaning us $15m but what about all the other cash we need to complete?

It is difficult to imagine this share at £10 or £25 or more and it did seem far more easy to get a good lift previously by, say, 0.2p. For example, the sp was around 0.45p early October which equates to £4.50. Are we going to leap to that price very easily? Anyway, next week I'll get a few more to average down so I won't need £25 to break even !
