I think we can definitely say Dominion have something to sell and therefore we have something to lose. what did you think about my point re. not just our interest in this well up for sale but the whole shooting match for Mustang. Anyway, as you say, it'll definitely hit the fan this week or early next - just gotta.

Webb Capital Asset Management Limited obviously sold their holding straight to Hawk, but couldn't really find out much about hawk and their specialism. Smasher - no joy on a personal number for David Burns - there are general reception numbers for dominion on their home page as you probably know. I've used their form to send them a polite enquiry as to whether they have been forced to auction off Silvermere's interest in the 818-L field. I notice our last RNS does state Dominion have threatened to auction off our interest in the 818-L field not just the I-1 well. Note : 'Silvermere owns a 16.66% working interest in the I-1 well and a 33.33% working interest in future wells on the leases.' So does not that infer they are going to auction off ALL our interests in Mustang? Hadn't noticed this angle before.

We've all lost money but it's really been because we were so dependent on JV partners. They were all Big Boys except Gold Anomaly and they pumped in millions into PNG trying to discover the motherload. However, looks like in the current climate, they couldn't find enough to bother with. I know we're all genuinely aggrieved but I spoke with Fraser a few times and he was pretty dynamic and on-the-ball. Shares mag had a big section on the disasters of Junior Miners and they mentioned TPJ and it's dependency on others. £1.8m, if that's what we have roughly in cash and near-cash, won't go anywhere these days in prospecting especially in the terrain of PNG (or Vietnam, where our exploration there we got our name from). Personally I'll just wait and see where it goes, I've got next to no value left now in my shares, so there's not a lot else to do. They are not cash burning and have a very small team now, so will either get something going in the next 18 months or call it quits and give us a few bob back IMO. On the other hand, they'll probably be bought out by someone who wants the tax loss for their own tax purposes, so we could be worth over £2m.

You're right 'beingreasonable, MM yesterday "worth a look, nat res cash shell (with plus a million cash quelle surprise!), massive tax losses, and interest today! Could move fast!" AND NOW : "bizarre rns of the year goes to TPJ. Didn't think it possible to say we have £1.8m cash or near cash so badly! Time for change?" I don't think TPJ have issued a bizarre or bad RNS - just truthful and v.v.disappointing. Yeah, we've still got something mainly in cash, but you can't dress this company up as anything other than a disaster IMO.

Extremely disappointing - they seem to be saying Newcrest are still interested in Manus Island plus we still have over £1m and as said before we have potentially valuable tax losses, other than that it's all a big no-no. Some money due from Crater in escrow now and Barrick for Wamum, though I don't understand the conditions for release of this $750,000. Hold or take one's pennies and run?

Who is dumping these shares - today some biggish round-numbered quick-fire dumping plus 150,000 late afternoon. Has this been going on sporadically for a while. Surely must be ii dumping. Anyone any info. Thought the Barryroe PVR LOGP update where SEA hold 21% of LOGP who have 20% of Barryroe - therefore SEA have around 4% interest indirectly in Barryroe - might have helped revival. No bad news as far as I can see in the last months except LOGP share value going down. Where do Shell fit in? Do they need our boats?

Just had a look at Dominion Production Company, LLC's website - pretty useless website, almost zero information on it and no updates on our well or auctioning it off. August 6th the Auction Day ain't that far off now but hopefully we'll have Andy's update this month before that milestone.

Thanks for that update. Great to hear they're still talking especially to Dominion and why talk if there's no oil - so there must be. End-of-the month is by next Wednesday week if true to his words. How was his tone? Was he in reasonable spirits not a man close to committing suicide or ready to be strung up? Was he apologetic in tone, i.e. sorry it's gone on so long, sorry shareholders are still in the dark? Did he sound on the run, hoping to avoid all contact with shareholders? Any feelings?

All very well and thanks for your technical ideas but more to the point 'Are we going to have any company?' or are our finances so insoluble that this is going belly up. Felt sure we'd get some news today, how long does it take? Beginning, I'm afraid, to look very ominous to me now, it just can't take this long to agree on some financial solution. To me, they must be plotting the closure of the company, how to exit while saving face, how to protect their reputations, how to gain some financial benefit for the BOD and MAFL, how to set up their next company, how to phrase the RNS.....Unfortunately, despite all the efforts.........

It's been mainly smasher, zoomer and a few other 'ne'er do wells' (only joking) on here trying to keep things going but it's surely going to hit the fan soon. Not really getting much out of the Nomad as you'd expect, he's got to cover his behind, but there seems to still be discussions. It's hard to believe we all got in here just waiting for the flow-rates about 6-9 months back, thinking it was all plain sailing. How daft that has proved. It's strange how close to their chest Dominion are playing their cards and no-one seems to yet know the flow-rates even now. I've argued they surely couldn't be blackmailing us with the July 15th date or else, if there was nothing to sell. Anyway, must, repeat MUST, be news this week or next. Anyone going to ring Andy? are still continuing our Nomad confirmed to me this morning. whether this includes talking to Dominion he said he was unable to divulge. I discussed also MAFL announcement on Friday and their write down of our loan. He confirmed that I may well be right in that this was simply an accounting formality and perhaps their auditors had requested this. He did say this write down is not reflective of any discussion or situation at Silvermere besides what was stated, i.e. we are suspended. So, he obviously was unable to give any information but IMO all is not lost at the moment. If this company goes under over such seemingly small amounts of cash, it does smell very fishy if they did indeed have a commercially productive well.

Yes, they have accepted the 1p offer and Geoffrey Simmonds got rid of 20m shares trousering £200,000. Where does that leave us? From our final results :"RTI and Westside own a total of 24,750,000 shares representing 15.9% of the issued share capital of Messaging." These are the same ones and now we've got 20m fewer so obviously that £200,000 has come into Westside. But is the company ever going to breakout? What's Bruce Rowan up to? Not really the climate for a splash out into the mining world really is it? At least the sp is ticking up gradually towards my 0.32p average. Anyone actually own any of these shares besides me still? (I'll look back on the board one day, promise)
