As a FD for many years the quality of auditors is very bad, it is easy to pull the wool over the eyes, I know because I've done it.

I agree, I'd much rather there be positive momentum when buying a stock.

Not sure where you get this from, the market is actually higher than it was 2 months ago. It reached it's 12 month high last week.

As I've said before, this is not for the faint hearted. I bought back in early 19 at £2.40, it fell to £1 but has since recovered and paid out fantastic dividends as well.
I also invested in 2015 and made nearly 300%.
Fantastic share if you time it right but very volatile.

There's not much point stressing over daily movements, look at it after 12 months to decide if it's been a good investment.

The board recommends accepting the lower offer. Why would they do this ? I assume it's self interest rather than the interests of the shareholders.

Thousands of investors buy and sell for thousands of reasons, daily movements is normally just noise and of no consequence.

What does this have to do with investing in FXPO ?

Some you win, some you lose. For every share I lose money on I don't write a letter to the BOD, I accept that perhaps I've made a mistake and move on.
