Probably because most short term traders lose money. It's the dealing costs that makes it so difficult as well as all the noise in the short term. Best to hold for a year.

It is very difficult to time buying or selling stocks. If you have the cash then buy (although there are probably better opportunieis out there).

Always a surprise or a shock with FXPO !

FXPO was £5.13 less than 2 years ago, this could be the best case scenario.

Bought here a year ago based on good momentum but now out.
A disappointing loss of 20% but investing in shares is always a bit of a gamble.

I normally buy on the first day of the month but I'm a bit late this month so the fall over the last couple of days has worked in my favour.

I would guess that EFFIX is a disgruntled ex employee, if so I suspect that Drax are better off without him.
I am back in based on recent momentum. I ignored EFFIX in 2020 and made a 79% return, let's hope for the same this time.

I do wonder why if people are so convinced that this share is manipulated they invest in it. There are many other companies to invest in.

Too true, a gain of over 80% in less than 2 months, the likes of Christo are playing a dangerous game, especially when they don't understand why the price moves. It has been known to rise by over 500% in less than a year, this is a high risk share to short.

But Christo said it was going to drop like a stone !

I think I read somewhere that 95% of day traders ultimately lose money.
I suspect that Y11 is one of them.

Basic A level economics.....opportunity cost...we will make billions elsewhere and pay less tax....Linda is not stupid...her team will have worked this through and risk assessed it....big finger up your hunt.
