I hope you are right, this is a great share to invest in when the momentum is upwards.
However your past investments in OCDO didn't work out.

"Just bought in - this is cheap as chips ? £7.95 placing in June raising £575m, huge Director buy in Sept, Cashflow modelling seminar in Nov (should be positive otherwise why would you bother), people always need food, tech stocks at long term lows (only one way to go in next 12 months) - what am I missing ?"
Where to begin ? Directors often buy due to mispalced loyalty or ignoance, people need food but have much cheaper options, "only one way to go", nope there are always two.
Why would it be good.
If you followed that logic then we would own nothing .
Wise words oil. I have been investing for many years and the only strategy that has stood the test of time is momentum. The market price of HBR is the consensus view of thousands of investors, it is not undervalued (unless you have inside information).
If Hunt is the answer then God help us.
People quickly forget the mess he made of the NHS.
Back in here again. Hopefully a safe haven in troubled times.
"I’m just glad I’m all in cash going into the weekend"
You can't time the market, you are losing money with cash.
As Nick Train said, "We have no idea what's going to happen in the short term but in the long term markets will do what they've done for the last 200 years, steadily go up"
If you follow the rule to sell whenthe price is under the 200 day SMA you would have got out a lot earlier.
Momentum is a powerful force in investing as has been shown when OCDO made massive gains in the past but it laso works on the downside.

"ftse drop of I estimate 4%"
Therein lies the issue, you cannot predict what will happen.
You could be right, you could be wrong, it may fall 20%, it may rise 20%, who knows.
On average the stock market makes 5% per annum more than cash, that will do for me. Also a lot more fun than cash !
I'm ok Fender, 100% invested as always.
My investments are purely based on momentum, I hold for 12 months and then sell. It obviously doesn't work all the time but I make profits on 55% of my investments, MKS is part of the 45%.
I am shielded by investments in oil majors and tobacco companies so I am doing OK compared to the overall market.
It's easy to see why most traders lose money.
