Depends on the option price for SAYE I guess and expectation for future SP as to which one provides better value. Remember the BAYE needs to be held for 3 years to become tax exempt with the risk of the SP dropping away whereas you're guaranteed to at least come out flat with a SAYE after 3 or 5 years.
Personally I'm a little wary of putting too much more into BAYE as it stands as the SP is trading pretty high in it's historical band stretching back many years, but that's just my take.. it may go on and break new ground north of Β£6, who knows. As time rolls on and I look to buy/hold/take divs for extra income instead, that may change but I'm not there yet.
