"In the same way it doesn’t make sense that RKH isn’t already producing oil ?"
What's that got to do with my post, except, if that's what's bothering you, isn't that exactly the sort of question you should be asking Sam & RKH, instead of whingeing here every day?
Why haven't you asked Sam, or if you have, what did he say and if his answer was 'evasive', have you pursued it?
" I have indeed contacted Sam regarding a number of issues. He was kind enough to reply but I didn’t get any more information"
First time you've mentioned that.
So you just gave up, believing that whingeing here every day is an appropriate substitute for finding out what you need to know? When it comes to whingeing, you demonstrate exceptional persistence here, whereas you admit to giving up asking those who can provide the answers. Still doesn't make sense.
You'd think that at least some of the persistent whingers would, by now, have contemplated contacting RKH and having a word with Sam, but NOT ONE appears to have done so.
Latics recalls meeting Sam at an AGM, found him 'evasive', so has just given up. If I spoke to a CEO and found him 'evasive', I would be asking more probing questions. If I wanted to moan on a BB, then I would report how, when I asked the CEO certain questions, these were his replies, but I wouldn't just give up and then moan endlessly here.
If you had as much invested in RKH and had lost as much as these guys claim, would you give up just like that, but instead, go on a BB like this and vent your frustration with incessant posts about RKH and its awful management? I think not - it doesn't make sense.
I would want to speak with RKH management to find out what's going on.
- perhaps these guys aren't RKH shareholders at all
- they do appear to have an extraordinary amount of time to waste posting repetitive drivel
- don't they have something better to do with their time?
So, Latics, Godders, Decidedleaverage, Pigfase and anyone else dissatisfied, contact Sam, tell him what's bothering you and come back here to report what he said.
Chess, just for the record, what I take from it is not to believe everything you post, as it may contain inaccuracies.
A bit like those ‘healthy’ products, where those with allergies are warned that they may contain nuts.
Latics, you spend a lot of time claiming to be a disgruntled shareholder, with Sam Moody being the main cause, so why are you so reluctant to answer the questions?:
Ever tried contacting 'the secretive Sam' to discuss your concerns?
As a shareholder, did you attend the AGM so you could confront 'the secretive Sam'?
Cheers Danger_Man.
The point I was making is that Latics is never prepared to offer, or consider any other explanation than that RKH is a shambles, managed by fraudsters.
Other possible explanations, as suggested by Stillneedoil are quite plausible, especially as there is ample evidence that things ARE going on behind the scenes with the operator, Navitas.
As for HMG approval for SL, I wouldn't give that another thought.
I believe there are expectations that Claire Coutinho will be an improvement over Grant Shapps, following his departure as Energy Secretary.
I would agree that HMG is unlikely to champion SL publicly and still less provide funding for it (e.g. UKEF, which is already a dead duck for SL).
However, as as been stated here many times, the UK energy security boffins have got their sums badly wrong, which was made abundantly clear when Putin invaded Ukraine.
With an election approaching, the Conservatives have to be seen to be making all the right environmental noises, while, at the same time, ensuring the lights stay on at an affordable price for the likes of us and for businesses.
Even the Green fanatics accept that the UK' renewable infrastructure is hopelessly inadequate to achieve Net Zero by 2050, and that fossil fuels will have to take much of the strain as we switch over. And that isn't going to be helped by the very obvious shortage of money across every part of the UK economy.
Jeremy Hunt reminded us this morning that the only way that everything is going to be paid for (including collapsing concrete public building), is by expanding the economy. How's he going to do that without some significant fossil fuel consumption?
So, as I said, don't give it another thought.
In any case, RKH isn't the operator, so Navitas would be rightly annoyed if Sam repeatedly published unauthorised announcements, which then turned out to be wrong, or just didn't happen, as in the case of PMO.
Keeping quiet is no evidence of idleness.
Decidedleaverage, after your repeated moaning about my not replying fast enough to your inane questions, you didn't even comment on the lengthy reply I wrote just for you - isn't that a bit casual, if not rude?
You obviously didn't bother to read it all, otherwise you wouldn't continue to repeat your inane points without at least challenging my reply.
'this share is out of money' - no it isn't
'This is a lottery ticket gamble' - no it isn't
The 'corporate update, the equivalent of a gant chart' (BTW it's Gantt) is for Navitas to produce. Too wet to abuse Gideon Tadmor, in the way you do Sam, are you?
You would appear to find it easier to post rubbish than do a bit of research, thereby making yourself look silly.
Latics, so far Sam has handled the OM award process impeccably - far better than even his supporters could have imagined, so why would he suddenly make a a mess of it, when so close to the end?
You'll have to do better than that, if that's your attempt at Latic's Silly Comment of the Day
