We need to see if the terms have changed but if not, this looks like the best RTO since Valeura (which has gone up c.8* since their RTO completed). Like here, there was lots of scepticism the deal would go through but since then they have consistently focused on increasing production & cash flow & I see similar quick wins here to get MPNU production up (and fast)

Am looking forward to the deal details so we can stop speculating & get some decent broker coverage. Personally hoping for £4+ this year

Mark Simpson checked today and had it confirmed we no longer have a holding in Awale, which is a shame

Does anyone know why we are always suspended when we announce an RTO yet others (e.g. Harbour, Seplat) have continued trading after announcing their deals?

If you look at the price at the actual time of the trade, they are buys so my guess would be more director buys given the size (& ludicrous price!)

I've just started buying back in having sold higher too. Taking it slow as not looking great chart wise!!

Recent dip started when kestrel volumes were said to be lower in Q4, but given prices have ticked up this is no bad thing and extends the royalty runway a little further...

Couple of director buys help as well.

It has a note saying it's a secure board and I have to send a screenshot of my shareholding to be granted access, which is a problem given I am looking to buy back in! I have sent a note saying this so will see if I get a response

Have never bought shares on Acquis so hopefully Interactive Investor can handle it.....
