The Gentor deal is complicated, don't forget we can write off all of our exploration costs against the balance we owe / owed them. I've studied the contract, it's all in there and DA confirmed this at one of the investor evenings. Don't ask me how the numbers stack up overall in Oman i've lost track, disinterested until we get some news but I think it's around 90% certain we are doing a deal of some kind with Alara. If we aren't then god knows what's going on, the Omani's are an absolute joke of a regime. The rest of the world is changing, they know oil is not the future, copper will be increasingly important due to the EV revolution not to mention the current requirements for buildings, electronics etc.

As for moving posts it's no such thing. It's actually brought the BOD in line with us normal shareholders, if they price doesn't hit a decent level they get nothing, same as us. So you would be more comfortable if they hit the targets for offtake etc. and get big bonuses but the share price sat at 6p ?

Why would anyone want the old scheme to run parallel, that would be too much of a reward plus they've finally realised it's stupid to set dates when so much is out of their control. Effectively the incompetence of the Omani and Moz governments have cost them their bonus this year and made shareholders suffer too.

New scheme looks good, it's fair, reasonable and aligns with shareholders 100%
