Where's the fair comment ? t's whining like an old fish wife, there's nothing constructive in it or any new points made. Serious LTH's know exactly what the pro's and cons of this stock is. Anyone with half a brain wouldn't keep talking their own investment down.

Nobody has claimed this company has produced a good return for shareholders to date (unless you sold on the 15p spike). It's mainly a very balanced board with intelligent and reasonable people invested.

If you're really that disillusioned then sell up, of course you'd have to hold some stock to do that !!!!

I think we can safely assume there's a few "fake" holders that post on here. I've got more chance of getting blown by Liz Hurley than they have of owning SAV shares ;-)

I think it's very important to make the distinction here between Trisse who is a very significant holder and a very successful businessman and The Lix, an anonymous bulletin board warrior. (although I know who he is, he writes a share blog and declares himself a messiah but I can't name him due to LSE rules)

Where's the failure ? Are you not able to differentiate between a delay, an extension in timeline or additional work to satisfy changing requirements from authorities ?

Never see any positives throughout their life, they spend all their time and energy whining and moaning, a drain on society. They usually end up miserable and lonely in later life having alienated everyone around them.

I've got what I consider "serious money invested" and I feel totally at ease. 3.2M shares @ an average of 3.1p plus a long spreadbet at £3250 pp

Now i'm small fry compared to some in here, they have much bigger holdings, obviously much larger wallets and by definition larger brains which have allowed them to accumulate considerable wealth.

Muldoon it's got nothing to do with the granting of a licence but it has everything to do with SAV not blindly rushing in and spending money on a project that would have had punitive tax rates. DA might have played a blinder here, I sense it's been a bit of a stand off between David and the authorities. He's always said that CAPEX and IRR is outstanding on Oman then came the big hike in royalties and it's no co-incidence that we appeared to have downed tools pretty soon afterwards. The recommencement of drilling followed by the announcement of a new lower tax rate could be very significant for us.

It's the tax royalty issue that's been the main reason for the delay. Now the Omani's have seen sense and dropped it down again it should be game on.

Good point lucker and there's far too attention being paid to what others are doing. Let's be honest we aren't in a position to handle multiple projects in Portugal.
