i see this share sliding down in to the late teens over the next few day/weeks, without any quick decisive announcement re funding all this extra work. what a mess

but the FOMO kept me from selling, and still does. I considered 60p as a realistic exit point when i started to buy over 3 years ago.
I never believed any of the cheerleaders shouting £1-£1.50 even £2, but 60p seemed a real possibility.

back then I was hoping the MRE2 would create an uplift to get us there.... then hoping the PEA would create an uplift, then drilling permits, then Porvenir, then PFS..... etc etc etc etc... but it never does ...

now of the view, I may sell the lot when/if we ever get back to close to 45p... so disappointing. but im gritting my teeth and putting up with the pain until then... please just do a JV, put us all out of our misery..

I firmly believe the only thing that is going to lift this share price back to the mid 40s is an impressive PFS that puts Crux reports recent statement to bed, a formal announcement of the boards change of direction away from paddling canoes, or finding an equivalent alpala hole 5 in another concesssion. Everything else is just noise.

I wish I had been ‘brave’ enough to sell a chunk of holding a few weeks ago, but again, FOMO prevented me from doing so...... they do say never get too attached to a share.

I can only assume if JV on Cascabel is on the cards... then news re Porvenir, Blanca etc would not be sensitive

which makes me ask the question, are any talks regarding something bigger than just Cascabel?

Please forgive my lack of corporate knowledge on this.... (I work in an industry about as far removed from any corporate action) but here is my question.

Can anyone explain why a standard updating the markets of something like drill results, would be withheld during talks with a potential deal partner?

I don't understand why releasing 'standard progress' news, that may lift the share price during any potential talks, is stopped.

looks to me like the Board have recognised Neil Mather can paddle his own canoe.... but his paddle has broken, he's stuck going in circles, making no progress, he's getting nowhere.. and they need to patch things up and join forces in a bigger boat to make some progress.

It’s maybe a little worrying that they would feel the need to counter the claim regarding spending commitments, as something that should be disregarded and is incorrect, yet the CRUX reports statements of the NPV being negative are ignored. I would shave thought that was a far bigger concern... abbé they are unable to easily dispute?

dont know what to make of it if others are having the same experience right now. Can only hope its for 'imminent' deal breaking reasons and not just continued management failures

I think its fair to say, that after the initial optimism in October, when we got the first potentially great drill cores from Porvenir, drilling at La Hueca, Rio Am, Blanca and then Tandayama and the introduction of Chinese interest..... not many people where predicting the share price would stay at 34p. I for one expected us to be circa 50p by this point in mid Jan. I am hoping now that finally, with a probable change of strategy, we are seeing the start of corporate developments which will lead to a tasty conclusion within the next 6 months.

its interesting how often the arguments from people linked to CGP, Irwin etc, have been proved correct. Many here (me included) often thought their comments were just their sour grapes related to NM.
But when you see their history of comments, re withholding news, claims over Blanca, Mather will be ousted etc, they have often been correct.. Maybe Mather, and his Production alone ego, really was an obstacle to real progress with this share

I wonder if given the now HUGE time slip on the delivery of the PFS, Solgold could actually surprise us all and now skip the PFS and release a definitive study to the market.... and take CGPs 15% of Ensa as a result of their inability to pay what they are contracted to.

Would certainly make a JV easier to set up.... and would leave NM very happy, having done a big F... Y.. to cornerstone..
