I have been poised to buy for some weeks but something holding me back? It is I think still much of a gamble though I guess most of the downside is priced in and Corbyn is probably unlikely to win an election and ruin the company IMO . The current share dividend is probably too good to be true to be sustainable for long but if it were cut the share price would drop a bit more. I am talking in generalisations here and dot consider myself a clever investor, on the other hand, so many clever investors and tipsters invariably get it wrong. I still may take a punt though. GL.
Well if we do win arbitration then an award, I think I should come out of it with a reasonable profit but I dont have much confidence that we will not get shafted again by even more dilution. I think a lot on the other b/board bought in at a much lower price than ourselves and Fegatr and so they are excited at the prospect of even an 50p share price. I still may buy a few more shares but more dilution would put me back to square one again?
Been a while since I saw you here? I think the situation is the same as it has always been i.e ROI will not concede without a fight but if we win the arbitration you never know they might have a change of heart as there does seem to be some intention to tackle the corruption though the Government does not have much strength, a bit like the U.K & Germany. The Arbitration hearing is supposed to be July I think and of course if we lose that its game over. If we win it depends if ROI want to fight to the end. In other words nobody knows despite some thinking that they do. Not much help I know and its nothing you didnt know yourself. GL.
As you raised the Brexit subject I have to let you know that unemployment is at a historic low! The pound is now clawing back a lot of value against the dollar again with Brexit in sight. Both things good for fishing of course because anglers will have the more to spend. GL
The majority of annulments are 'partial' annulments rather than full. I'm not sure how that would leave us and what pressure if any it would put on ROI to settle OOC, also, if only partially annulled would we still have a right to a 2nd Tribunal?
Has anyone suucesfully transferred their CHL ISA to a NEX registered company. I am having trouble finding a company to accept these, 'Thesharecentre' will not accept I have also phoned a few others on the NEX list. Anyone who actually knows a transfer is possible I would be grateful for info, thanks.
