L&G have reduced their holding from 10% to their current 3% since April. With such low volume it's almost certain to have kept the price down. Question is why reduce their position so dramatically

My agenda is, be patient. If you expect trial results imminently you'll only be disappointed, perhaps even sell too soon...

Two main reasons, patients need a positive PCR result to be eligible for the SNG001 trial, where as a clinical diagnosis is sufficient for the RECOVERY trial. The RECOVERY trial has been widely publicized and is more familiar to the ward staff.

News from the trial isn't expected soon, not necessarily negative but it hasn't been picking up the amount of patients many of you would be hoping for. Patients had been getting steered towards RECOVERY trial.

I don't expect there to be any trial news this week.

Although it's not SNG001, likely you'll get an inkling of the effectiveness of Interferon beta-1a from the solidarity trials before you hear news from the Synairgen trials in the UK.

Hi Maq, that press release is for the recovery trial, which SNG001 is not a part of.

I may be wrong on this, but this old article suggests that AstraZeneca already have a license agreement for SNG001.
