If you think these student accomodation REITs are undervalued now, wait until the government, local councils & universities realise that reducing the housing defecit doesn't necessarily have to be by done by building just new houses. Build more large scale dedicated student accomodation on brown field sites and free the terrace houses up which in the past had been peoples first step on the ladder. Reduces housing defecit, safer more secure housing for students, there's also research that shows students "on campus" perform better in their studies than those in private accomodation.

If they meet their expected revenue of £1.2b that's an EPS of £4.17 and at £32.88 per share it's a P/E ratio of 7.88?

It's because people think it's had a covid related high, home working etc, so assumptions are being made now Corona has a vaccine it will see a revenue decline. But it's been on a upwards trend for years, and even without covid cyber security is a growing industry, looking really good value imho

A fair assessment. Vistry SP growth was one of the best in the sector in 2019 up until covid, and its recovery in comparison to others PSN -9%, BWY -28%, RDW - 31%, Vistry still -47% on pre covid SP, a strong trading statement will should bring up the SP further yet
