I think shareholders have a clear legal case for litigation.

I don't think Virgin are looking at the SP today, They will make an joint offer for Flybe with Stobart on what they hope will be accepted.
If it is a hostile bid without Flybe Bod approval I would expect them to release an RNS fast to explain their position.

For certain things purchasing online is good but the on-liners like Amazon will be hammered with massive future tax that they have been blatantly avoiding, the government will eventually even up the odds together with lower rates for street retailers.

Because the goods they sell can be physically seen or tried on before purchase in a brightly lit vibrant store.
People will realise like myself that buying online is deceptive and goods or inferior quality arrive which often doesn't fit.
