Flybe didn't own their aircraft and their is a market gap left by the recent Flybmi failure,
If may well be false hope, Kohn may have a plan and financial backers, I doubt he just wants to have his day to sit at the directors table. lol

As I said before if the bods are credible or not it no longer matters because right or wrong they will not get shareholder support for their scheme with connect or to keep their chairman.
Surely they must know that, the only thing that matters if Kohn takes control if he intends to inject funding that could see Flybe survive in some form... It looks crazy for Flybe to have a new Chairman without a plan which will become more clear in the next month.
Could see more large bounces in SP, Its not over yet.

I would give my 1P per share to see that bunch of incompetents go

Yes I've been fleeced here like many others, it didn't need to be like this.
Made some back with the 100% jump this week and still hold some.
I want to see justice for shareholders, seems like the bods don't care about being responsible to us.
Still many unanswered questions Sad if they get away with it imo.

Sounds like Brexit, what a shambles!
Some bods running down the clock no time for another deal.
If they give up that easy they should find another career or disappear for a while.
Not fit to run a public company imo.

Bottom line if you believe the bods and think it's all over sell up and leave.

15 million float and 20m or 1p a share is peanuts for an airline and from my knowledge major shareholders were not consulted before accepting the Connect bid.

Bods are getting worried, desperate RNS imo.

If bods can sell public companies without shareholder approval, its negligent if they did not try to raise funds for a much loved company last year with a right issue..
Connect want it to make money, but they were not allowed to buy it from admins because there are essential subsidised routes that have to keep flying...
So from my perspective it hasn't been managed well and the bods are in trouble threating us with 1p or nothing!

To reject the deal, and open other better stockholder offers with a rights issue. :)

Selling all assets before shareholders approval has serious legal implications, only a few months ago they had £70 cash.
The bods are playing a dangerous possibly illegal game and I suspect there is much more to this scheming deal than what meets the eye.

If the bods /connect scheming plan is not approved, Connect deal is cancelled and shareholders have another offer of 4.5p on the table with possible bridging loan to keep flying.

The bods claim they have sold Flybe for 1P/ share without shareholder approval.
They have stolen their shareholders honest investments by selling all assets for a bargain price imo.
What they have done is highly irregular will likely end up with litigation in the courts.

In other words Richard Branson is giving us a back hander to sell flybe for 1P
Quite honestly Branson can afford to treat the shareholders better with the respect they deserve
He doesn't deserve what he is getting, government subsidised routes! .

Should they stick to their 1P sellout deal and keep their jobs or accept another potentially higher bid and lose them with a new Chairman.
There was never a mention of administration before they sold out to the other virgin /stobart group and I suspect the government want very much to keep the essential local routes flying.
The 15m cash to avoid admin sounds like a fake made up story.

There is price manipulation going on, someone rich is desperate to keep the SP low and sells into any genuine rally.
