I can't believe that SP is falling, next RNS boom!!

March should be a great month for EQT, all looks very positive here.
Investors have been held back by a compliance corporate action about possible delisting which won't happen now because they quickly appointed new nominated advisors. GLA

Lots of possible reasons, to get at the flybe millions that may stacked away in off shore accounts?
Did the bods explain why they as shareholders were ok to give them away for 1P.
Oh yes to keep flybe flying, if you believe that you must be naïve

For Flybe? with £70m cash not so long ago, cheap fuel and subsidised routes.

The market decides what the share is worth, most of those who have no idea or still blindly believe the bods sold out already. Ask yourself why the Bods want to get shareholder approval if the scheme deal is done.

45P or not, 1P is hardly satisfactory from a shareholders point of view.
The bods are even threatening not to honor it after signing the deal, disgraceful until the end.

I don't care, Debs chairman got voted out for poor performance and Flybe's chairman will go also.
Quite honestly I don't know anyone who think the Bods have done a good job.
With better management Flybe could have been profitable.

Don't believe all the Bods RNS, they have to obey the stock market rules.
Also I will not vote for the scheme because I don't believe bods should sell all public company assets without shareholder approval; any chairman who turns down a 45p offer and then sells out for 1P needs to be gone; legal or not.

Needs FCA approval to wind up, I'm still curious if Kohn has a plan.

Schedule:

4th March Shareholders meeting to approve scheme or not.
11th March Scheme affective date
22nd March Shareholder vote to retain chairman or Appoint Kohn to the board.
25th March proposed cancellation of trading.

It may be a shell with possible pending prosecutions if there is proof of wrong doings.
What's in this for kohn? as shell is only a shell without any future plan or funding.

Well there was plenty of buying on Friday even after the bods threatened to pull the plug and not pay the 1P if the vote goes against the scheme.
If you buy @ current prices you can get 1P back unless they decide to not pay even that.
Lots of posters confused why SP went up from initial fall, Late RNS after hours Friday about possible Chairman/director change could have pushed it higher and could still do so on Monday.
This is not a good example to those who hold stocks of how a board of Directors should behave. imho
