Hi all. JDF you are a right jet setter that for sure never know where you are half the time but as you say no pub lunches where you are.. GS not currently in SMT at the mo for the reasons you state!! but on my watch list for big potential drops and better world news .. Centiman moving up a bit today but cracking divi so happy with it . My Bae on the move today. Asian funds i am in JAI japan Asian investment which does well enough and kicks out divis as well. TASK been trying to trade FTSE back and forth the last two days plus EUR/USD .... cant say i am have mega success........... as per usual its doing my head in!! but doing ok Gl all

Morning all........... yesterday decided to go for pub lunch and nice walk in the sunshine, stopping off for coffee on the way back. Have to say felt much better. This morning �123 popped into my share account, dividend on CEY Centiman shares. Remember them GS from the old days i re bought into them in January. Hi JDf good to see, you are you still in Asia somewhere. Will take a look at your fund pick over the weekend. Adding SMT on any pull back is usually a good strategy... . Hi Task...... nice hard work for sure digging down 3 ft. I was doing some flooring work yesterday and at my age its exhausting. Then i ache for days... . Opened up a short on USD JPY yesterday which was doing well then it turned long fast and put me under water. i got stopped out at 46 pips. ( problem trading whilst working ) Later tried a couple of 2 min scalps on the dow dax and ftse but by now i think my mind was in the wrong place and wasn't getting anywhere.. did have a bit of luck on the GBP /CHF but in truth a rubbish day.. . glad you are doing better.

Evening all. Occupied this morning on other business so no trading till late afternoon. took 15 points on GBP CHF. Task, what you been up to, building work? Your Dax trades have got you off to a brilliant start for April so well done.............. Stops you are right you cant have stops on the one min. I guess you need to be very disciplined or a very good scalper ( which you are) Good luck all

Iron butterfly. ..te he . It's bad enough running a hedge trade (which some time I do) but I can't get my head around an actual iron butterfly. ... 4 options. , calls...puts.. and strike price .... my brain struggles with one trade at a time . Lol

Task ..Nice work on your dax profit ! AV a wierd one ...they have a habit of upsetting their share holders. When I held them they reduced the divi. Recently they tried to cacel the preference shares. ... I don't trust them. Not trading today or tomorrow big options closing and weekend square ups ....Task.....stopps I go 5 to 7 pips above or below support or resistance. .. but never on an even number . Use 3 or 7.... even numbers are for targets....odd numbers are for stops Good luck all

stopped out of AUD JPY on a spike 18.3 points down picked up 20 points on NZD USD so about break even.. Cabin fever now. Taking a break

Picked up a scalp on the DAX just before the Dow bell... My FX cross is just going up and down like a piston.......... In other words nowhere.

Task FTSE got to 7045 bang on target and turned.round ........... If only i had been in it!! Drat!

Like you say task lots of trades opened up with gaps this morning ... gaps and more gaps .......... makes life very difficult. I am going nowhere fast

I had a long on AUD USD this morning was well in profit when it turned round and took me out at a loss. Currently short on NZD JPY not doing much better on that.... Come on !!!

Task FTSE looks bullish should get to 7040 /7050 before it retraces again... Or if it gets past there it could get up to 7095 then retrace? saying that i cant seem to get much right lately so dont take too much notice of me..... the markets are extremely volatile.... I think the VIX was at its peak yesterday today

Hi guys.......... Task .......Hard luck on your Dax trade. It really did some serious moving about last week, glad you are up on the month though.. Ive been running a short on on GBP NZD today ive had a bit out of it and went back in short again. Problem is, it had a huge spread....... Still as long as its blue that is all that matters ............. Task are you getting wierd candles on the 4 hour time frame on IG ?. All of my machines are showing them all lumped up together cant make any sense of the 4 hr? Esure cost us dearly in the past if i recall GS....... once bitten and all that............ Task IC have xarr as a hold. GL all

HI Task glad things improved for you and luckily you have plenty of air in your tanks... Keep an eye or you depth gauge and dont for get to decompress when you come up....... You seem to like your swing trades or should i say they are forced upon you..... �2k underwater yikes! let me know if you get out alive and how much you have made when you are on dry land. And yes you do need a stop loss policy or a giant squib might eat you up one day lol Ive been doing some back testing on paper trading today and its looking promising.. Morning all...... Task hope you got your losses back Gs well done on Dom profit. .. I am still in llyods as it's a decent income share for me...... Spent yesterday morning in contemplation over lesiurly coffee and breakfast thinking through some long-term strategy's. Afternoon..... doing the same, aided and abetted with Peroni and pub snack. Evening... The creative juices in full flow saw a couple of glasses of chardonnay helping to bring the mental atributes to full capacity . Netflix ....followed by dozing on the settee. .... What an awful day I had.....can it get worse I ask myself?
