Hi Hot followed your lead and bought at 1253 with a stop of 1249 but couldn't watch it. Was pretty miserable to see it had gone next time I got back on....... oh well that's the problem with not being able to watch it. At least I am getting paid at work!! I won't go in again until i get back home and have looked at all charts etc . Gl

i watched it until China open then set my stop two points above my entry. Woke up this morning and you know the rest. At least a £10 made but disappointing . took a£1 a point on Thomas Cook at 74.59 with a 3 point stop . Off to baby sit carpet shop for rest of day . gl all

Hi Hot re .. P2P yes I did read that the chief exe got canned on the US lending club and it knocked a billion quid of the valuation as investors took cover. Some dodgy dealings apparently. Any way its knocked confidence in the industry……….. re a knock on effect . You can get access to all sorts of investments through investment trusts. Bonds derivs etc . I prefer investment trusts to funds as they are more fluid and you can pick up the odd bargain if you get the nav at a discount . Currently running two shorts NZD /USD .wish me luck

CPR told you that was a Dead duck didn’t I lol ITV another unloved share, what with brokers down grading it. I am happy now I got stopped out it now,but i think it push up eventually. TESC ditto with you on that one its trade-able.!! Your gold long (gold has been a bit weird of late) but I picked up 3 points on it today on the hourly charts at about 14.30 hours on the dojo. It just pushed up and triggered a buy signal for me. Then I jumped out just after the Dow open. ( I was on my mobile ) Car and pets don’t really follow them but good luck I took 21 points on EZJ today and am holding on to 22 point gain on one batch of AV. It should hit break even any time now on my loss making one. 11 points on my EUR/GBP short took it about 06.30 hrs . A good day for me being as I wasn’t even on my machine.. Ill get back to you with the other posts after tea I ve got a curry in a slow cooker)

GS.. HOT wishing you both good luck with ITV today I am having a punt on VOD on earnings release today. Hot had to continue my F/X trades whilst asleep last night so i ran two shorts last night. got stopped out of one but made 45 points on the other so ended up with 21.5 points profit. A strategy that paid off for a change lol Gl all

Gs... yes llyods is doing better than it should as it's trading at a premium to NAV NAV is about 55p The city and brokers have faith in lloyds for it to trade at a premium which is good news for me and thee at least

Hello Gs yes I personally agree with your thoughts. I was really disappointed to get stopped out the other day. Two brokers down graded it to sell and £1.85 price target and It dropped like a stone it pushed through my stop and it was gone. Such volitily can reek havoc on stops!!. At least I have had the divi to compansate a bit but I wasn't happy to say the least. It's all about lack of advertising revenue black de bla saying that Facebook makes more money with adverts now Read the share news on itv b/b. Good luck this week everyone
