Buy on the NEX Exchange less than an hour ago, although showing as a sell.

David Lenigas has big plans for this company. The report yesterday confirms the company is now 'clean' and the two trading divisions are now profitable. We are now at the next stage.

DL is Chairman of AAAP, AfriAg Global, AfriAg(Pty)Ltd and LGC Capital. It is my view that the next step will include a mix of some or all of these companies and will be in the medical cannabis field.

Look at what the two trading divisions do and make your own mind up.

You just need to look at the directors holdings and the price they paid for the shares to know that they have a master plan. With 34% of the company and their knowledge of Africa, you can expect to see a material transaction:

4.1m trades through on NEX today and they were pretty much all buys. Add that to the 11m trades on the main exchange and that adds up to very good volume for this company.

There cannot be a further placing in this financial year.

The two trading companies are now profitable. Confirmed today by DL.

AAAP is listed on the Main Market and may well complete a RTO. Who knows, but what I do now is that a profitable company with the potential to expand rapidly is worth a lot more than the current mkt cap.

If you bothered to read the recent news releases, you would understand the reason for the fall in revenues.

I see you haven't admitted you were wrong about the admin costs and have not read the post confirming that the company do not have authority to raise further funds, save for a small amount of £88k.

The admin costs are not shooting up, in fact they have dropped from £529k to £350k for the comparable periods.

For those trying to deramp the shares and talk about placings, you need to do your homework. The company has already raised funds this year and secured a R3m stock funding facility, plus an unlimited invoice discounting facility.

At the AGM authority was approved for a limited fund raise of £226,983.95,-see below. So, the maximum they could raise is circa £88k.

Think AAAP is now primed and ready to capitalise on its Main Market listing Still believe we are going to see some sort of tie-up/agreement involving all of the companies DL is involved with in Africa. Namely, AfriAg Global, AfriAg (Pty)Ltd, AAAP and LGC Capital.

Now top of the leader board and it hasn't really started yet.

megapix - indeed. DL didn't get involved in this to trundle along as a small player in the market. Both he and GR have plenty of contacts in Africa and I think we will hear very shortly on where this company is going to go.

Plenty of shares held by directors at much higher levels and with the small free float, expect this to regain ground very quickly.

And of course LG Capital is AfriAg Global's partner in Africa to expand their medical cannabis presence on a global footprint.

It goes without saying that DL is also heavily involved with LGC Capital, being the chairman of that company as well.

tinlode - thanks for the confirmation. Genuine question, why do you think traders will not touch this stock?

Given the raft of good news recently, an RNS could land at any point detailing a significant increase in revenues and prospects going forward. IMHO, this could see a significant increase in the share price. Also, the real spread is quite narrow and the MM's seem happy to take stock above the bid price at the moment.
