Well, there are lots of different views on this, but I believe the effect is to discourage buyers whilst they wait for short term traders to sell up and move on.

Can't believe there are that many shares available at the current prices given the relatively few shares in issue and the amount held by directors.

Nice one. You are still paying well below what the directors have paid for shares in the recent past, and certainly a lot less than my current average.

With a Main Market listing and two profitable divisions, the share price should react very positively to a earnings enhancing merger/acquisition given our very low mkt cap.

None on either exchange, but that is not unusual for this stock. Patience is the key here, but I am sure it will be worth the wait.

The directors have been looking at mergers/acquisitions for over a year now, so hopefully we will not have to wait too long for a further announcement.

Sativa moving up again today. Not invested there but just keeping an eye on the volume of trades and the mkt cap of the company given their net assets of circa £2.1m. Mkt cap today is £25.7m, which is over 12 times the net assets.

I don't think it can be any clearer than this:

As far as I am concerned, there have been positive developments at Human Brands, BTHL, UOG, Sunshine Minerals, ALBA and HHDL.

I clearly take a longer term view than you do, but good luck with your investments.

Having a bad morning 'risk'......I am still feeling as positive as ever about the prospects here until I hear something factual to the contrary.

I see the buys are going through the NEX Exchange whilst the sells are going through the main market.

I suppose it doesn't really matter which company the RTO is with, at the current mkt cap and outlook for the company in its present form, the announcement will see a material increase in the share price.

I have mentioned before that DL is Chairman of AAAP, AfriAg Global, AfriAg(Pty)Ltd and LGC Capital, who are all interested in developments in Africa.

AAAP has been cleaned for an RTO in my opinion. Do you think AfriAg is too small, or do you think it could be part of the development of a global logistics chain. I think we all know of DL's Lonrho days and what he achieved with that company.

Semantics my dear chap. You said;

They might have been shown as sells but they weren't. I know it will show as a sell if the trade is below the mid-price. Maybe this is all part of the algorithms the MM's use. Widen the spread so that buys show as sells.

schaden - don't try and act so naive. You know fine well that the vast majority of those trades were buys but showing as sells.
