Good morning Schaden, I am sure you are right, but I can't help feeling there is manipulation in some form or other, otherwise, why would an algorithm drop the price when people are buying. It also seems that whoever is setting the parameters, they are set to get the share price down to a pre-determined level, irrespective of the mix of trades.

Having a laugh this morning. Dropped the price on a buy, but hopefully people will not be fooled by their antics.

Results could be out in the next few weeks and I think that will clearly demonstrate the progress the company had made in a short space of time.

JFK8, I would agree with you. The company needs to be more pro-active with their shareholders rather than just sitting back. I know Hamish reads this board, and it is about time he made a statement on Fastbase.

I see the derampers are working overtime judging by the filtered messages that are appearing on my screen.

It would appear some people cannot be bothered to read the RNS's properly, or just try to distort them to their own end.

I would remind peopl what the company agreed to with Fastbase:

"In recognition of the efforts made by Gunsynd to assist FastBase in pursuing admission to trading on AIM, it is agreed that FastBase shall pay a consultancy fee of 0.75% of its market capitalization, subject to, and following completion of the IPO. Such fee is to be paid and settled fully in new ordinary shares of the Company (issued as fully paid ordinary shares, at the Admission price)."

If, and that is a big IF, Fastbase have misled the company, then Gunsynd would have recourse against Fastbase, not the other way around.

callit - there is no rumour, but we are just stating the obvious. The previous BOD said there would be no further placings and the company would be cash flow positive, but it didn't happen. I just think the market is pricing in the possibility of a further placing.

However, given the actions taken by the new BOD, I believe they will deliver on their statement and once this is demonstrated, there should be a significant upward correction to the share price.

In the meantime, for the believers, a great price to top-up at.

Reality check.

At the end of January we had cash of £449k and a cash inflow for the previous six months of £76k. Our admin costs for the prior 6 months amounted to £131k.

If nothing else changed, we would have now have cash of circa £300k. However, we are sitting on significant gains on UOG and ALBA and profits may have been taken on these investments. I also believe we will see a significant on our Horse Hill investment in the near term.

Disappointed to see the share price at this level, but for me, nothing has changed in the outlook here.

Defies logic really. The mkt cap at the mid price is now £1.58m. We do not need funds and we are sitting on healthy profits on some of our investments.

Mid summer madness possibly and derampers with other agendas.

Still plenty of interest in Ananda and Sativa Investments. The NEX Exchange is certainly working for them at the moment and the mkt caps of both companies gives cause for cautious optimism when DL makes the announcement of our first investment in the sector.

Lottohopes - I would agree but I have been here before with the previous board who made statements and promises that they failed to deliver on.

I do believe it is different this time because of the actions taken by the current directors, but the lack of solid new contracts, with figures attached, is taking its toll on the share price and the mindset of some PI's.

I wonder how much money LGC Capital plan to invest alongside AfriAg when we announce our first medical cannabis investment in Africa.

Well, someone has just taken out all of the sells today. The MM's have been walking this down on the expectation of a further placing. In time we will find out who is right. The directors who say no further funding required this year or the MM's who don't believe them.

DB101 - I think it is also worth highlighting the directors interest in the company. When they have their own money invested and are not taking exorbitant wages, then you are more likely to see capital growth.

The directors hold 34% of AAAP shares, and all were purchased at higher prices than you can buy for today.

The pump at Horse Hill appears to be operating at a high tempo. Tankers should be arriving soon:

Just waiting for the next couple of RNS's to announce the date of the GM to approve the medical cannabis investment and then to announce the actual investment.

Still holding out the possibility that there will be a deal with AAAP as well. A Main Market listing would do wonders for our share price, especially if we have announced developments in the medical cannabis field.

It has been a long wait,, but I do believe we will see good rewards for our patience.

I think that is just a legal requirement.

megapix - interesting possibility, but I don't see it. My view is that there are quite a few synergies between AAAP and AfriAg Global, who are currently listed on the NEX Exchange.

The combined revenues of AfriAg Global and their 40% holding in AfriAg(Pty)Ltd is circa £18m, yet they have a mkt cap of only £2.3m and have just raised additional funds to enter the medical cannabis market. LGC Capital are their partners in Africa and would be part of the mix.

David Lenigas is Chairman of all four companies and is in a position to make a merger happen. Either way, I don't think we will have to wait that long to find out which direction he intends taking AAAP, as he has clearly stated it is not of sufficient size and scale to warrant a Main Market listing in its current form.
