I see HHDL have just filed their accounts for last year. I think the net assets and cash position will have materially increased by the year end.

It would be great if Gunsynd can convert their outstanding loan in to further shares in HHDL. I have a feeling they are going to be worth a lot more in a few months time.

LGC Capital will certainly have the funds to support AfriAg in Africa to develop medical cannabis, so let's see if DL can finally pull a rabbit out of the hat as I think it has been burrowing further into the ground for the past five years.

Still waiting for the Solo Oil TR1 to confirm the disposal of further shares and we should then see some upward movement in the UKOG share price.

Plenty of activity at the Horse Hill site and oil tankers becoming a daily occurrence. HHDL may soon be in a position to pay back the £190k loan to Gunsynd.

There have been no guarantees provided or received for any related party receivables or payables. The Company only has the outstanding amounts due from HHDL as at 31 July 2018. Looks like some impatient/bored investors selling, probably at a loss. Really can't understand the mindset, unless they are desperate for the cash.

A prospectus is due imminently to allow the recent placing shares to be admitted, which will give a lot more detail on the Comarco loan and hopefully will include some additional investment opportunities.

Excellent possibilities to develop the Port in Mombasa and if it turns into an RTO, so much the better for all concerned.

The changes in the UK law is on #MedicalCannabis is all good for where I want to push AfriAg on NEX. Shareholders have already approved AfriAg to invest in this sector. I see Sativa is flying. AfriAg is way undervalued.

What a crazy old world we live in. Sativa now valued at £43.7m versus net assets of £1.8m.

Just shows what belief in a company and their outlook can do for a share price.

Sativa net assets.....£1.8m

AfriAg net assets.....£1.88m

Now valued at £30.6m. AfriAg valued at £1.32m.

Just waiting for the RNS to say that Solo Oil have sold down their remaining holding and I am sure the share price will rise following the good news at Horse Hill.

132m shares now traded today which bodes well and is excellent liquidity in the current mark environment.

RB, I think a lot depends on the outlook for the Investee companies and whether they are listed or not. With the recent developments at Horse Hill (now a UKOG) investment, the sale of Sunshine Minerals and the positive developments at Human Brands, the monetisation of those assets has improved considerably.

Oyster Oil and Gas has so far been a big disappointment, but that will hopefully change. If we do get some good news from them and Fastbase does list, then we could see a much narrower discount to net assets.

TopTraderTR - thanks. I have given up trying to work out when the share price will reflect the value of the investment, but it surely will at a time when people least expect it.

There are some LTH's here with decent stakes, and I still retain all of my 175m shares. With directors now buying and positive news on nearly all of our investments, I am quite happy to wait for the inevitable rise.

For those not familiar with Human Brands, they are just hiving off the Copa Imperial brand into the Sears Oil and Gas shell company and still intend to list Human Brands on the UK stock market next year. The higher the valuation of Human Brands, the more Gunsynd will receive as a listing fee. Plus, we will see a 100% profit when we convert our loan into shares.

Just need news on the Copa Imperial launch to really get the ball rolling and find out how the US market values the brand.

It would appear that the RTO by Human Brands is now complete looking at the latest info from Bloomberg's on the CEO, Mark A. Scharmann.
