So....we finally have some news. Disappointed with the placing price as it significantly dilutes long term holders and well below the 10p that DL indicated would be the RTO price.

With more brokers using Aquis, it will hopefully increase interest and demand . Cannabis receiving plenty of news coverage at the moment, so let's hope for a decent increase in the share price.

Good to see the tick up in the share price. Can't be long now before we hear some news on further strategic investments or more contract wins for Acuity.

The results next month from KCR should be a whole lot better than the previous year and should lead to a significant increase in their share price and the value of Drumz holding.

Interesting snippet from the news release:

He confirmed that the offshore and engineering works are in progress despite the suspension of the onshore works. “Stopping for two- or three-months does not mean we can’t hit the 2024 target,” he said.

Based on the above, Comarco should be working flat out to deliver on whatever contracts they have to deliver products and services to the project.

I think our patience is being stretched to the limit on the RTO, but as I see it, the fundamentals have not changed and the completion should not be to far away now.

The French oil and gas company, Total, has confirmed that the Mozambique LNG project is on track, despite security threats by Islamist terrorists.

Total Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Pouyanne said a security agreement with the government of Mozambique has been signed. The Mozambican government will now offer security in the zone where the liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants will be built.

The Mozambique LNG project will be Africa’s biggest foreign direct investment of over US $ 25 billion financed by a consortium of global energy developers and operators, led by Total alongside Mitsui, Oil India, ONGC Videsh Limited, Bharat Petroleum, PTT Exploration, as well as Mozambique’s national oil and gas company, ENH.

Added a few more this morning. The cheap shares appear to have run out now.....

Looks to be the remainder of the placing shares being sold by those who are not waiting to find out what the £500k will be spent on or to see the how quickly Acuity revenues and profits increase.

Appears to plenty of buyers happy to take up the cheap shares though, so I would expect to see a decent increase in the share price once further news arrives.

Another top up for me this morning. Appears to be an impatient seller about.

Acuity still very active on Twitter and when you analyze the improvements to the new 'STREAM' release, you can see why they anticipate strong growth moving forward.

I suppose it depends on how any investment is structured. Drumz is not planning to be a passive investor, but intends to use their management expertise to develop the businesses they become involved in. This certainly appears to be the case with Acuity and I can see a rapid increase in revenues, profits and value following the recent developments there.

I am quite sure the investment in KCR will be sold once the share price recovers there. Given the price paid by Torchlight to acquire the stake they have, I would expect Drumz to recover a much higher price than the current book value once the turnaround shows on the balance sheet.

Angus has paid 1.00p to acquire 5m shares and the warrants are exercisable at 1.20p. I don't foresee any further capital raise until the share price is substantially North of here. All IMHO.

Welcome aboard. Delayed sell showing this morning from Wednesday for 4.5m shares explains the drop in price which allowed people to take advantage.

From the figures we have been given on Acuity, I estimate that revenues for the year end to March 2021 could be in the region of £2.0m and based on previous retained margin, would equate to a net profit of between £400k to £500k.

With the valuation of KCR sitting at half the net asset value, I can see a revaluation taking place when the benefits of the restructure and investment from Torchlight come through on the bottom line.

We now await news on the next investment from Angus who has stated he is looking to make around two investments per year. He is currently sitting on a circa £500k war chest!

Good to see the chunky buys coming in. Great potential here from the current price.

Further investment news should sent the price up pretty quickly.

Managed to buy a few more at 0.675 today.

Liking all the positive noises coming from Acuity and expecting a material increase in revenues and profit from them this year.

I can only see demand increasing for the Acuity products.

Home working increases cyber-security fears
A senior computer network manager for a global financial services company, Peter (who did not want to give his surname, or the name of his employer, due to his firm's anxieties surrounding cyber-security), says they are bombarded from all directions.

"We see everything," he says. "Staff get emails sent to them pretending to be from the service desk, asking them to reset their log-in passwords.

"We see workers being tricked into downloading viruses from hackers demanding ransoms, and we have even had employees sent WhatsApp messages pretending to be from the CEO, asking for money transfers.

"And having staff working from home during the lockdowns has just made it worse, as it is much harder to keep an eye on everyone."

Well.....according to Augus Forrest - CEO, he expects Drumz to be a £50m company in the next 3 years. With a current mkt cap of £3m, that will be phenomenal growth.

He sounds very positive about the potential for Acuity Risk Management, and also expects to make to make a couple of investments every year in the software, cyber security arena.

Looking forward to the next Acuity announcement or further investment. The company currently has the cash to invest in further businesses.
