Surprised to see anyone selling at the moment with the potential of a significant uplift to the share price once the RTO takes effect this month.

Good to hear that the placing was scaled back, but I am not surprised given the placing price.

As you say, a good analysis of the Apollon offering and plans for the future should put them well ahead of the pack and being fully licenced for THC does set them apart.

Looking forward to the next update and to finally seeing a significant increase in the share price.

Just finished listening to the full presentation...40 minutes long. For anyone unsure about the relevance of Apollon products to the medical cannabis market, I would urge you to listen to the presentation. You will not be disappointed.

Hadn't realised the presentation was new. Well worth watching and the 'breaking news' contained within it, sounds very exciting.

Hi Kenny, just a waiting game now until the RTO completes this month. We are now at the indicated 10.00p transaction share price with Apollon, so once we know the number of shares being issued, we can then work out the mkt cap.

I think the new Apollon website is very informative and i would expect to see a lot of interest here once the RTO completes. Judging by the recent Cannabis listings, there could be considerable demand for the shares.

KCR shares are illiquid and the spread is extremely large which is very off-putting for most retail investors. For my money, I would stick with Drumz as it will benefit from any rise to the KCR share price as the increase in asset value will show immediately on the balance sheet.

I see KCR share price is showing up 6.38% this morning.

We still have Drumz shares being disposed of, so I expect we will stay around this level until further news is released from the company.

skid, Torchlight paid 45p per share for 9m shares in July 2019 as a strategic investment. Once the Interim results confirm the turnaround in the company, I think the shares will become much more liquid.

I also believe Drumz will sell their holding in KCR once there is a recovery in the share price.

Kenny, 200k shares would be £20,000 at 10p per share.

Noticed that Twitter message Kenny. I wonder how much he has paid to obtain the 200k shares and also interesting that they were not available to the MM's.

Aquis are now showing the bid price as 9.50p....Could be going higher again tomorrow.

Interesting...further trades going through at 10.25p but the ask remains at 9.75p on the Aquis Exchange.

Published spread getting narrower....but you have to pay over the ask to get any shares .

Barclays showing an online buy price of 11.00p now.

There are clearly not many shares available to the MM's at the moment given the price being asked for relatively small amounts.

Wow....10.25p paid. Moving up rather quickly.

The interim report is due from KCR this month. Last year the company reported a loss of £2.5m, but the results for the current period should be a lot better. In the final results for last year the following statement was made:

"A detailed review of existing assets has been completed and we have taken significant steps to "right size" the cost base. Solid progress has been made, with substantial further improvements expected during the current full year to June 2021. The majority of the restructuring costs have been incurred and expensed during the current financial year and first half of the current year will reflect the reductions made to date. "

I can see the KCR share price rising substantially on a very positive report, which will of course feed through to the net asset value of Drumz holding.
