The other point worth mentioning is the Surveillance command Centre: "The surveillance command center which has been established by BlueStar and Kaiyuan in Beijing has been fully operational since July 2009. This is now a 'cash cow' and the recurring revenues should continue to grow.

This extract from the final accounts is the potential game changer here: "Despite the increase in debtor days, the cash receipts in the first quarter after the reporting period is RMB34.5 million compare to same period in previous year of RMB19.7 million. The Company has requested that banking clients change their payment policies by paying us in installments instead of paying only when the project is finished as before." At the AGM I asked whether the company had any success with the changing of the payment terms from their banking clients and they confirmed that they had. I may be a little optimistic with my forecast of a £2m cash improvement at the Interim period, but this could well be exceeded by the end of the trading year.

Yes it should. However, I think it will take confirmation of the debtors improvement to reignite interest in the share. If the cash flow has improved by the circa £2m indicated at the AGM as a result of the debts reduction, that should provide the spark when the Interims are released in November. Of course there is the possibility of a trading update before then which would be even better!

I see the share was marked up on Friday afternoon following the purchase at full ask. Can't buy any on-line at the moment, unless it is by negotiated trade. Are we going to see a bit of a correction following the positive developments on the debtors situation!

Feedback from the AGM is positive in my view. The trade receivables are improving, in that they are approximately £2m less than they were. Of equal importance, is the improvement of the payment terms from their main customers. This has been mentioned as 'work in progress' in the previous annual report and will have a positive impact on the cash flow going forward. With a current market cap. of only £1.82m, the current share price represents a significant discount to the net assets.

The company has announced the AGM date - 16 September 2013. They are offering a dial in facility which I intend joining. Looking at previous RNS releases, we may see a contract win announcement before then or possible a forward statement on the day.

I have been in and out of BSST over the past 6 years and was surprised at the recent fall in the share price. Having reviewed the latest results, I felt the drop was overdone and have been buying over the past couple of weeks. I am of the opinion that the company has turned the corner and that the next interim results will be better than the previous year as alluded too in the final results. The shares are currently trading at a discount of circa 95% to the net asset value and are due a correction. The purchase today could be that catalyst. If you have a time scale of more than 6 months, I believe you could see a good return on your investment. Good luck.

Actually, I have made profit here, and currently own 2% of the shares. You have made comments in the past and have been spectacularly wrong. You will be again on this share.

I can only assume you have lost money here in the past and bear a grudge. I said last year this will come good...and it will. It is taking longer than I thought but so be it. The shares have been trading artificially low due to Investec offloading shares, which they have done in other companies. The current price is not a spike, more a correction and is still trading below the net assets. The company have stated they have sufficient cash to see them through to profitability so we will not see any further dilution. You have made your point, but as you are not invested here, why keep on posting.

Cheer up... you will be in profit shortly. The company is ripe for a takeover and given the beneficial holdings of the directors, it will not be at a give-away price.

Every dog has its day...and I feel very positive this share will claw its way back up again. We know they have 82% of the costs covered for this year already with contracts already in place and it will only take more contract win news to finally get us moving forward. However, given the IP held by the company and the recent departure of Andrew Miller, I can see the company being bought out by a larger operator at a substantial premium to today's share price. Hang on in there..it will be worth it!

Looks like the MM's have been caught with their trousers down! I think they were expecting to buy more cheap shares before the next news. I must admit, I wasn't expecting to get this positive news so soon.
