I don't have a problem with negative commentary providing it is justified. IMO, the share price has been driven down due to the belief that the company would require further funding. The recent RNS's have dispelled that view hence the retrace of the share price. I am not saying that everything is fine with the company, but merely that there is a disconnect between the current share price and the value of the assets and IP.

A few facts for you. You have this as a strong sell - I don't think so, unless you are shorting of course. you say "providers of balance", what are you referring too. I am merely drawing peoples' attention to facts which are readily available. Most companies on AIM have cashflow issues, which is understandable in that they are in a growth stage. Yes, the company has issues to address, but the current shares price IMO does not reflect the current value of the company.

now that we know there will not be a need to raise funds and the immediate future is looking very bright, we have lost all of the de-rampers who were writing the company off. If you spend one hour reading through the last few RNS's, look at the website and do a little research, you will question how you can buy shares at the current price. Also, look at the price the directors have just taken shares for in a salary sacrifice and the last placing price.

With a current mkt cap of just £4.36m compared to the net assets and the value of the IP, the share price has a lot further to go before we get anywhere near true value. I reckon when the formal EPA approval comes through and further contracts are announced, you will know why the share price has been so much higher. This was walked down on the threat of a discounted placing, and this is no longer a issue when you read the last couple of news releases.

I would echo your sentiment. Just reading the last four or five RNS's will give any potential investor a very good reason to buy at this level. The company does not need further funds in the short term and with the potential here, this should move back up to a sensible valuation very quickly.

It was genuine, I got the link from the company's website to the twitter message. Maybe the message is deemed to be price sensitive as it certainly sounded very positive.

A few more trades this morning, although they are still showing the buys as sells. Given the positive news yesterday, I am sure the price will move back to a sensible valuation.

Most of the so-called sells today were actually buys. You can count on one hand how many real sells there were.

Given that there was a two million share purchase a couple of days ago after the close and the the positive news received today, I think we may see the share price move back up over the next week or so. Funds do not appear to be a problem, at least in the short term and the EPA approval confirmation will also raise additional interest.

to see a company with so much potential trading at such low levels. I have been invested here over the years, but despite all of the problems, I think the drop is overdone. I have bought back in over the past few days and expect to see a re-rate once the formal EPA certification is given. With an underlying cash position of £1.4m at the end of December, a bid may well come in for the company if the don't sort themselves out pretty quickly.

Just added a few more, but the trade must be going through ISDX. Let's hope the news is very positive as the share price is certainly languishing at the moment. A good buying opportunity though!
