Wuffle, the residual holdings in ALBA and ZEN are in effect free carries. We have made very good returns from these investments and currently do not need further funds, so they may as well be left there if they can provide a return. A read through the website gives a very clear handle on the strategic direction and I am personally very happy that they are now using expertise and knowledge to grow the business, the Fastbase agreement being a prime example of that.

We still have a few sellers, but the MM's are happy to take them. Not surprised when they will probably be able to sell them back into the market at double today's price in 8 weeks time.

timeline: next newsletter 28th April Prospectus 25th May IPO on AIM early June (BN est. 11th June) Not long to wait for considerable rewards. A successful launch should see a Gunsynd's fee of circa �2m, which should double our share price from its current level.

BN, I totally agree. There would have to be a very compelling investment opportunity for Hamish to forgo the potential premium by waiting until the NASDAQ float. Also, the fact that Fastbase shares will be listed means that our NAV increases by the increase in share price over the intervening period.

You talk about the market as if it is a separate entity, when of course as far as Gunsynd is concerned, it is predominantly private investors. As each day passes and more positive news drops, previous concerns that investors may have had will subside and people will buy into the upside. Whether it is 100%, 200% or 300% is immaterial....the fact is that the vast majority expect the share price to increase.

BN, that of course depends on whether Gunsynd retain the shares in Fastbase. The temptation might be too great for them to sell if the shares spike to a high premium. Either way, Gunsynd shareholders are in a win win situation.

Wuffle, given the apparent success of the Fastbase pre-IPO success, who knows what premium the shares will go to on listing. For that matter, we don't even know what the IPO price will ultimately be. The fact that Gunsynd could receive in excess of �2m in fees from the Fastbase listing is a material change from the previous investments and in my view, commands a much narrower discount to the NAV. Coupled to this, there will not be any need for further placings which IMHO, should narrow the discount to NAV.

Fastbase float in June Oyster Oil and Gas scheduled for second quarter....update due Human Brands gearing up for listing, but no launch date indicated as yet, other than it being in 2018.

Not sure when the IPO will be shown on the London Stock Exchange website. Does anyone know if the prospectus has to be issued before this can happen? If so, we are looking at late May. At the current rate of the pre-IPO share sales, we could be down to circa 5m shares being available on the day, which would raise circa �10m, depending on the issue price.

Hi Kenny, not long to the results now, which IMHO will lead to a significant increase in trades. Many on here, including myself, have given DL the benefit of the doubt, and if he does not deliver some positive news I can see quite a few heading for the exit, irrespective of the share price. Very poor that we have had no news since September 2017 or an update from DL on the House of Hemp transaction. There is a good chance that many investors are not even aware of the cancellation of the agreement and given the prominence it received in the interim report, this is unacceptable.

Nice one. Good to hear from you. It is all shaping up rather nicely. Fastbase IPO success seems guaranteed on the back of revenue and profit growth, plus the launch of industry leading products. Oyster Oil and Gas results due at the end of this month, so there should be an update on the business as well. Human Brands listing appears to be moving forward. HHDL further updates due. We have cash.....could be other investments announced.
