I see the share price collapse continues today and is being marked down on relatively small trades. A look at the directors shareholding on the website shows they are holding approx 34% of the company, with many of those shares purchased at much higher prices. If the company do need to raise further funds for working capital, it is my opinion that it will be a small amount and the current mark down of the share price is overdone. I have added a further 450,000 shares this morning at 0.30p, which has gone through on the NEX Exchange. I have also written to the company asking for comment on the share price collapse.

BN, many thanks for the information. We know Hamish is very positive about Human Brands and the contents of your post explain why. I haven't had time to read through the posts but I see that Rasmus has delivered the newsletter and all seems to be going to plan as far as that IPO is concerned. Haven't picked up any news on Horse Hill, but that can't be far off either. Plenty happening and the future is looking very promising for Gunsynd. Catch you later.

However, due to some inter-governmental department coordination issues arising in late 2017 that affected the planned operations work has been temporarily suspended. A special committee has been set up by the Government to resolve these issues and in the meantime pending this resolution the Government has confirmed that Oyster interests are held �in good standing�. The Company is coordinating closely with the Government and both parties are working in good faith to enable the Company to complete exploration program on the property.

No word yet on whether the newsletter will be released this weekend as per the last information. further confirmation of the IPO and an update on the revenue projections could see considerable interest here on Monday.

My only comment would be that it makes our share price look incredibly cheap on a valuation or potential basis.

Yes, the pre-IPO offer closes tomorrow and a newsletter is also promised as well. The prospectus for the IPO is scheduled for release on the 25th May - from memory, and the launch is expected approximately two weeks after that.

Launching soon: Shinju, meaning �pearl� in Japanese. Ancient Japanese believed pearls were created from the tears of Angels, born �of the water�. Shinju Whisky was developed on the slopes of one of Japan�s three sacred mountains, Mt. Fuji, its tallest peak, commonly called �Fuji-san�. The pristine waters from the �south alps� of the snow-capped mountain range are used in the development of Shinju to create a smooth and truly magnificent whisky.

according to David Lenigas, the main market listing of AAAP is 'priceless'. He is talking about bolting on acquisitions, which will probably be in the form of share issues, as the company have very little cash at the moment. An announcement could come at any time on this, so I am waiting for further developments. My preference would be for a merger with AfriAg Global which is currently listed on the NEX Exchange and is controlled by DL. There are clear synergies for the two companies and I believe the combined value would be a lot higher than the current individual values.

It looks like the annual statement will be released on Monday. Nothing showing so far, but allowing for the time difference, it could still be later today.

BN, I can see Gunsynd putting more money into Human Brands before the AIM IPO. The returns on this investment could be equal to the expected returns from Fastbase. Gunsynd will move into a new league once Fastbase, Oyster and Human Brands list on AIM this year.

The discussion yesterday about the results raises an important point. The year end is the 31 July 2018. With the Fastbase IPO scheduled for mid-June, this means that our improved NAV following the issue of 750,000 shares will be included in this year's results. For those who have not followed the Gunsynd story, this will make a significant impact as I believe our NAV may well have doubled over the previous year by the time the results are released.
