Hi John, a good start would be a very positive set of results with some meaningful insight into how the constituent parts of the businesses are performing. Next would be moving off the NEX Exchange to a platform that offers online trading. My preferred option is a merger with AAAP who have a main market listing and are operating in the same space and is also effectively controlled by DL as well. The results were released on this date last year, so it can't be long now to find out what the next stage of our development is.

To answer your question, I don't know why HH has used Gunsynd to support the Fastbase IPO, but whilst his share holding is relatively small, he still holds options which can be exercised at 0.05p. Additionally, a lot of funds have been put into Gunsynd at higher levels and I would guess that he needs to deliver a return to holders if he has any chance of gaining further support in the future. This is pure conjecture on my part, but makes sense to me. That's me finished for the evening. I was awaiting a document arriving and it just has.

I see the day traders have been badly burnt this morning. The sells this morning are matched by buys on Friday at much higher levels.

Well, it has been a long wait, but the results should be out next week hopefully and let's hope DL gives a decent narrative on all aspects of the various businesses.

Each to their own....enjoy the rest of the day. DL knows South Africa very well and has also been very successful in that region. The continent is ripe for growth and with other businesses such as AfriAg Global in the DL stable, I can see rapid growth in the food and logistics businesses over the coming months and years. AfriAg Global results should be released next week and I believe there is strong synergies between the two companies. Let's see what happens and which acquisitions come to pass. AAAP is main market listed and DL has made it very clear he wants to use AAAP to develop a much larger business.

Dee, I am pretty sure I only post factual information, so if that is ramping, then I stand accused. As you know, I am also a large holder here, with a notifiable holding and I cannot abide people who are only interested in sowing doubt in order to achieve a lower entry. I would like to see some facts or concrete evidence from the detractors that the integrity of Gunsynd or Fastbase does not stand up to scrutiny.

chalky, I did not mention any names. Rasmus has stated when the Prospectus will be released and also confirmed(unaudited) the revenue and profit figures for the first quarter. What more do you want. I liken the pre-IPO offer to a sale in a store, which seems to be permanently extended because of demand. The more shares that are taken up in the pre-IPO offer the better it is for all investors. You either believe or you don't. Also, be very wary of what is said online and always check the source. Some of the adverse comments come directly from competitors of Fastbase.

It seems very clear to me that quire a few people who have suddenly turned up on this bulletin board are deliberately trying to spread doubt. I would love to see any emails that you have sent the company and the response to them, or to Hamish for that matter, as I have never had any trouble receiving a prompt reply. I also cannot understand why anyone would invest money in a company where they doubt the integrity of the management. Appears to me that a few are just trying to get a cheaper entry.
