Reminder...from the interim report: Brazil Tungsten Holdings Limited ("BTHL") Bodo has achieved break-even production of 14 tonnes per month ("tpm") consistently from October 2017 to January 2018. BTHL raised further funding of US$2.1m in the period to develop its project. It is also in the process of cancelling its existing off-take arrangements in order to allow it to seek new ones and pre-payments which will allow BTHL to finance its exploration programme earlier than previously planned. Due to supply constraints in the tungsten concentrate market, BTHL has been approached by various companies wishing to enter into an off-take agreement to secure supply, and the coming months will see BTHL choose the best deal. Since July 2017, the selling price of Bodo's concentrate has increased from US$180/mtu (metric tonne unit) to US$240/mtu, a rise of 33%. BTHL is seeking to upgrade its plant in order to produce up to 60 tonnes per month of concentrate (dependant on feed grade). Management expect the upgraded plant to be completed by the beginning of Q4.

Tungsten prices achieving year highs....$31.40. BTHL negotiating new supply agreements... Our investment in BTHL should now start to finally deliver.

Plenty of results being released now. Perhaps they are saving the best till last...lol

Well, the rules haven't changed on NEX. The results have to be released today or they will be suspended and I see other companies have released their results this morning, so there are no technical issues: NEX Exchange Growth Market � financial reporting requirements The financial reporting rules for NEX Exchange Growth Market companies are set out in the NEX Exchange Growth Market - Rules for Issuers (link to NEX Exchange website). In summary: Annual results must be announced within five months of the year end. They must be prepared in accordance with IFRS, UK GAAP or, for a non-UK issuer, US GAAP or any other GAAP agreed with NEX Exchange. The annual results announcement must contain a balance sheet, profit and loss account and a statement by the board with comparatives. It must also disclose earnings per share, any decision to pay a dividend (together with a dividend timetable), details of any actual or likely qualification or modification of the audit report and a statement as to whether or not the results announcement has been agreed with the auditor.

I am definitely having a senior moment today.....of course the results could not be released on Friday as they would have been suspended, it being the 1st June. Right....56 minutes to go....if I am right...lol

true....but don't hold your breath. I said 3.00pm because that was the time they were released last year, albeit 21 days earlier on the 9th May.

Many of us, including myself, bought in too early and believed the statements issued by the previous BOD. I am still holding all of my shares and whilst I am not happy at the price of the last placing, the funds put in by the new directors and the restructure of the business have put us on a much better financial footing. The recent announcements from the company are also very positive and further contracts should be forthcoming in the near future IMHO.

I just hope the results are not released tomorrow afternoon. That would add insult to injury. I will go for 3.00pm today.

Just checked my notes. We have invested �537k in shares at various prices and �250k as a loan note in Oyster. By my calculations, Oyster has sufficient cash to see it through to the end of the June, but will need to raise further funds after that to continue with the exploration programme. Given the pedigree of the management, I have no doubt that a solution will be found either by way of a farm-in or some other agreement entered into.

Oyster has net assets of $9.7m, and I feel quite confident that those assets would be very attractive to other players if Oyster cannot get further funding to continue with the exploration.

I think the reporting is different in Canada. The report is purely the financial information for the quarter and does not contain any forward looking information. I could be wrong though.
