Excellent news. It doesn't get any clearer than that regarding the listing.

With the price of oil steadily rising, the Oyster Oil and Gas listing should create considerable interest given the potential oil reserves. With Fastbase and Human Brands listings moving forwards, if all three IPO's do take place this year, we should be looking at a share price of a minimum of 0.20p+ Low risk, high reward IMHO, DYOR.

Just been crunching some of the numbers supplied by Human Brands and working out the potential benefits for Gunynd. We have loaned �260k to Human Brands which accrue interest at 9% per annum. The loan notes can be converted in to shares at a 55% discount, once listed, at the three day average volume weighted average price. On top of this, Gunsynd will receive a 1% success fee, paid in shares, on the successful listing of Human Brands on AIM. Figures supplied by Human Brands would suggest that the current value of the company is $15m, but based on listed companies and valuations once listed, the value of the company could rise to circa $50m based on their projected revenues over the next 18 months. If the above comes to pass, the value of our success fee alone would be $500k.

Wuffle - run that by me again as I am confused by your post. Are you saying you have sold your Gunsynd shares because you have doubts about the Fastbase float. Gunsynd have not paid any money for our potential stake in Fastbase, so I fail to see where you see the risk. If the Fastbase float is not as successful as the company believe it will be Gunsynd will still receive their 0.755 success fee in shares.

Regarding the information discussed last evening. I am all for listening to all sides of a discussion, but I would draw attention to the impartiality of the report author. His business is a clear competitor to FastBase, and as such, I take his comments with a pinch of salt. The new CRM package is launched this weekend. The launch should quell any doubts people may have on the authenticity of the company and its ability to deliver the growth and profit projections they state they are currently enjoying.

For those who have looked at the updated website and the 34 page presentation, you will note that there is an option to register an interest in the company. I did a couple of days ago and today received some detailed information on the various links and ownership of the brands they sell/offer/promote. There is also a valuation stated for Human Brands. I do not intend posting any of the information provided, but for any serious investor in Gunsynd, it is well worth looking at.

A positive update from Oyster on the date of the IPO would certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons. The Human Brands news update on the website was very positive IMHO and the IPO now looks increasingly likely. Imagine if we have three IPO's in the current quarter.........

If the IPO price is at that level, then our mkt cap today equates to our cash holding and FastBase fee. Everything else is for free.........
