Imagine a 4pm RNS? I know its so unlikely to happen, especially on a Friday, but the last 30m would be chaos.

Maybe we will kick off November with fireworks. Monday morning RNS re approval?

Have to say i'm deflated no RNS has come out considering deadline was today. No update or anything. Still holding though as it could drop anytime, just disappointed it hasnt yet.

The latest RNS didn't give any indication as to an extension nor was its tone negative in relation to the transaction. I'm very optimistic this time.

The RNS from the 16th mentioned that the company will provide updates on the proposed transaction in due course. From what i'm reading on the RNS' there seems to be multiple transactions in play (i'm new here). The one concerning the sale of Lyramid has a deadline of Friday. Therefore, i'm more than confident an RNS will drop either tomorrow or at the latest friday. Whether its another extension or actual completion of the transaction we should soon find out, but it was stated on the 28th August RNS' that the transaction is now 'likely to complete'. Importantly, there's been nothing to suggest in the latest RNS'(s) that there have been major issues with lyramid, so i'm quite optimistic based on these factors.

BSR you seeing the trades from the final hour? I doubt all of those PI's think this is a 'do nothing company' - its a share with a heavy amount of interest and with good reason based on opportunities to come.

Not many shares in issue compared to others so buying volume and up this goes, RSI crossed 50 again..... Bullish momentum building.

Transaction deadline is Friday. News is due imminently imo.

I've re-read the RNS which stated about the 2nd extension, with a deadline now for the 31st October. We haven't yet had an RNS update on this yet (I cant tell if thats good or not) so one should come soon. So long as it doesn't get delayed again and the transaction is finalized, this will be a lights out huge rise.

Wow, mc is so low and not many shares in issue. Not much buying pressure needed to take this into orbit!
