a Shukan bold statement about a stock, brokers have called 'Uninvestable'. Prospective LTH should ask themselves why ARM chips can't provide the GPU tech. in addition to what's already 'under the bonnet' of most Apple stuff & if the want to jump in a pool of sharks/daytraders who now 'own' IMG.

IMG used to sell nice DAB radios under the PURE brand, (I've got one) - but sold the radio biz off when it started making big losses. IMG was many times bigger than ARM for years, 'til outclassed by ARM. Might be a low-grade device partner out there, but the High end Apple type partner stuff is lost, IMO. The RNS seems to imply patent suits against Apple are their main hope of future revenue.

WAS Important, Apple bought in to IMG a decade ago, when I did. I believe an ARM super chip with GPU on board is where Apple will be going in the future, IMO.

I held both ARM & IMG since they were penny stocks - sold IMG when ARM demonstrated a new chip that included graphics, by solving a rubick cube puzzle. I thought the writing was on the wall then - ARM were candid about their intention to cut IMG out of the picture, IMG & ARM chips used to sit side-by-side on Apple phones.
